Great Location in Durango

This was perfect for two couples. Excellent, walkable location. A couple of minutes walk to the train station. Covered parking. Just as pictured. Huge main bedroom and bathroom. Couldn’t work out the TVs, but didn’t matter. Would have been lovely to have had coffee provided.

This was a great condo for me and my husband. The communication was excellent with the rental agency. The location was great. We stayed in January, so noise was not an issue. We would stay here again when visiting Durango.

Wonderful stay in Durango

Spent a week in Durango while our son attended camp at Fort Lewis college. Apartment had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Super close to everything we needed and extremely comfortable. Cannot think of anything more they could have provided and would definitely rent there again.

Fantastic stay in Durango!

The Mears 2C condo was perfect for our two-day visit. The condo was clean and well organized. The layout and furnishings were up to date making it warm and inviting!
The location can't be beaten. You can walk everywhere in town leaving the car in the garage (which was awesome to have on a snowy winter day!)

Getaway to the Cool Mountain Air
We spent a week at Mears House 2C. The unit was clean, comfortable and very well appointed. It's ideal for 2 couples or a couple with kids. The master is huge, lots of closet space and roomy bathroom. The second bedroom is small and somewhat tight for a couple, but great for kids. There were tvs in the main living area and both bedrooms, although we never turned them on. We spent our entire week outside, hiking, kayaking, biking. It was devine, coming from 110 degree temps in AZ. We wanted to maximize time outside and the cool temps. The unit has a small deck (only seats 2) that had a decent view in the distance. The one downside was it faced the alley where all the dumpsters were, and the trash trucks were loud and very frequent, nearly every morning. We liked the location for walking anywhere in town, even to the grocery store. When the wifi went down, the property management quickly worked to install a new modem and router. They were very responsive and helpful. If you are looking for in-town accommodations and can handle city noise, I recommend staying here.

Main street condo

Our favorite thing about this property was the location and the parking garage. The location was within walking distance to all of Historic Durango which was great. The enclosed parking garage was also a huge plus. You definitely have peace of mind that you vehicle will be safe. The spaces are a little small but there were plenty of guest spots to use. The actual rental space was nice and roomy. the balcony looking directly at the train station was a big plus as well. the kids enjoyed watching the train come into the station in the evenings. Great place to stay all in all

Perfect Location to Explore Durango

We are a family of three with a two-year old daughter. The condo was clean, spacious, nicely decorated, and had everything our family needed for a very comfortable stay. The location is less than a block from Main Street which made for a perfect stroll to all the restaurants, coffee, shops, etc. My daughter loved being able to hear the train from the very-safe balcony. We also appreciated the secure garage parking, and management was very courteous and quick to answer any questions we had. We would 100% stay here again.

This condo was exceptional! The staff was amazing when we left our phone there, they had it shipped immediately to us! We had no trouble whatsoever in the condo and all the directions in the emails made our check it go so smoothly! The only trouble we experienced was our own lack of understanding on how to access the dumpster! Lol! (We eventually figured it out though)! Great stay! We will definitely stay there again in the future!

Location and condo exceeded my expectations. Keyless entry made check in a snap. Underground parking very convenient, with luggage carts right outside the elevator. In the Heart of Downtown Durango, SB right the corner for my favorite coffee and plenty of attractions within short walking distance. Management very attentive! Will definitely stay again next summer.

Overall, this is a very nice property. WiFi is a little spotty and you have a lot of security codes to remember (garage code/Elevator code/Door Code are all different). I would stay here again though with no hesitation. Property management is good to work with as well

Great Condo with excellent location

We enjoyed our stay in Durango and this condo met all of our needs. Nicely decorated, very clean, comfortable beds, and super convenient location. We were able to walk to shops, restaurants, and pick up location for our tours to Mesa Verde and the river rafting trip. Property manager was also very responsive and accommodating. This condo was very nice to return to after a busy day of activities.

This was a very nice condo and we had a great time while in Durango. I would recommend this to anyone going to Durango. One note, there is only one parking space for this unit since the owner leaves a car there. If you have two cars like we did that could be an issue since 24 hr on street parking is very rare.

The condo is in a great location in downtown Durango. Once we parked the car, we didn't need it until we left. We walked to everything including the Farmers Market, Train and Train Museum, Restaurants, Grocery and Main St. The condo is very clean and the master suite is very large.
