Both have huge smart TV's and extremely comfortable seating. The main floor is where you' will find the gorgeous ensuite primary bedroom with a premium king size bed and luxury spa bathroom. On the home's lower level is the beautiful and spacious private suite with a premium queen bed, coffee bar, and full bathroom. The upper level of the home has 2 stunning queen bedrooms with bright and inviting colors and premium beds you won't want to leave. The hallway accesses the spacious luxury bathroom, the washer and dryer closet, and leads into the awesome theater room. You can't beat the views from the upper deck; enjoy a glass of wine or hot beverage while taking in all the beauty Ouray has to offer!

Although you may not want to leave all of the comforts of this amazing home; you will be right in the heart of everything! During the Summer enjoy Music in the Park located just a few blocks behind the home in Ouray's Fellin Park where kiddos will enjoy the play equipment or throwing a frisbee. Take a walk to any of the amazing local restaurants and shops or hop on the perimeter trail for a beautiful day of hiking. The Ouray Hot Springs is just a few blocks away where visitors enjoy amazing views any time of year while relaxing in the mineral rich water. In the winter, Ouray boasts some of the best ice climbing, great snow shoeing, cross country skiing, or take the drive over to beautiful Telluride for a full day of great downhill skiing!
Store all your gear you can bring along in the large garage with parking for 1 car with additional space on the parking pad for 2 vehicles.
This home is pet-friendly. Guests are welcome to bring up to 2 well-behaved dogs. The pet fee is $40.00, per night/$250.00 maximum.
Please confirm that you will be traveling with a dog(s) when you book your reservation. Please review and follow the Pet Policy. Please pick-up after your dog throughout your stay to not incur extra clean-up fees.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

Fantastic Stay

This is as good as a vacation rental can get. The house is spotlessly clean and extremely well-equipped. From the quality of the beds and pillows to providing small conveniences like coffee and toiletries, no detail was spared. Further, the house is in a very convenient location, less than a block from all of Ouray's restaurants and shopping.

Gorgeous Views and Convenient Location right downtown

The rental home was located within steps of downtown Ouray. Fit our family needs perfectly offering four bedrooms and four bathrooms. We could see our rental home from all the mountain trails leading around Ouray. Great place for your family gatherings, very clean and well stocked. I not only would recommend this place to my friends but would love to come back in the future. We made great memories here.

A great bass camp for a group!
We’ve been traveling to ouray the past seven years for ice climbing with a group of friends... we stayed at several places right downtown our preferred area so that we can walk to restaurants and shops.
This house was great and will try to stay here again. Three large bedrooms, comfortable furniture and beds, large television to share end of day!
the fourth bedroom is its own little private oasis downstairs next to the garage. All still contained within the main house. The teenager in our group found this especially nice!

Great Ouray Stay!
We loved this property and will definitely stay again, if in the area. The house was walkable to all Ouray amenities such as coffee shops, shopping, the dog park and dining + the hot springs! Parking was a concern, as the garage is tiny and too short for an F150, but we were able to park 2 trucks outside on the parking pad, so it was fine. Everything was spotless, the beds were comfortable, the stylish decor was wonderful, and the washer and dryer are better than we have at home! It took us a minute to find the lock-off style bedroom through the garage. I wouldn't want my young child to sleep down there alone, but this set-up was fine for our group. 5 stars all around from this happy group of visitors!
