This house is dog friendly, with a HUGE fenced back yard for your dogs to explore. It's the perfect house for those looking to move to the area or enjoy beautiful Colorado.

Main Bedroom: King Bed (Upper Level)
2nd Bedroom: Queen Bed (Upper Level)

Dogs will have open access to the back yard via a pet door in the basement (ramp up to dog door on side of the house). The home is pet friendly (2 pet max) and pet fee is $150.

This property is a 30 minimum rental. The house has a large, 3 car garage and an unfinished a ping pong table.

****ALL STAYS OVER 30 DAYS WILL REQUIRE A MID STAY CLEAN (priced at 1/2 the original cleaning fee). Longer stays will require cleans every 30 days. This will be additional guest expense***
