This home (25 minutes from downtown Ouray) has granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, comfortable living spaces with spectacular views, a wood fireplace, an outdoor dining area, and flat-screen TVs. Our home has breathtaking views of the Cimarron and Sneffel's mountain ranges and outdoor space with a gas BBQ grill and mountain-inspired outdoor furniture. It is the perfect retreat to bask in the cool mountain air and create a base camp for all of your mountain adventures; the elevation is 6,985 feet.

This home comprises two separate living spaces -- a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom main house, and a 2 bedroom/1.5 bath apartment. Each living space includes a fully furnished kitchen and living room with a flat-screen TV, making this home perfect for multiple families who desire their own space.
The apartment features elevated views from the private wrap-around deck. There's a trail (for residents/guests only) out the back door that meanders several miles throughout the entire Log Hill Village area and offers amazing views. There are two parking spaces in the garage and plenty of additional parking available in the driveway in front of the home. ***Please note that the main patio door on the apartment is non-operational until late summer 2022. We have ordered a replacement door and are waiting for it to come in. There is a patio door off of the master bedroom that is available to use.***

Bed Configuration:

Main House: Master - King Bed - First Floor
2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed - First Floor
3rd Bedroom - Queen Bed - Second Floor,
4th Bedroom (Loft) - 2 Twin Beds - Second Floor

Apartment: Master Bedroom - Queen Bed - 2nd Floor, 2nd Bedroom -Queen Bed -
2nd and Adjacent to the Master Bedroom.

The home is pet friendly (2 pet max), and the pet fee is $40/day (Max $250).

4WD/AWD is strongly recommended in winter (December through mid-March).

Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we follow CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc., are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

A view to die for...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The email service, check-in, and on-site support were very helpful. The house is roomy, clean, and and well stocked with appliances and cooking utensils. Everything was in good working order. We stocked up on groceries in Montrose for the week. This was ski trip and the drive to Telluride each morning was uneventful as we took in the sights of the surrounding area.The view of the mountains and valley from the family room window was outstanding. An outdoor jacuzzi would have been nice but, I guess you can't have everything. I'd stay here again.

Christmas in Ouray, Colorado 2021

This is a very nice rental house!! Great for a family of 10 or even a few more. Everything was great and the neighbors were very friendly. The view was amazing also.

Wonderful stay and will be back!

We had a lovely stay at the property! The view is unbelievable and house is very nice. It was also convenient to have two of the bedrooms in an jointing apartment allowing extra privacy for members of the group who wanted it. Additionally, there was as a storm the night we arrived the the boiler needed to be rebooted for hot water. The management company was incredibly helpful and responded immediately, regardless of us contacting them in the evening, and had had someone there first thing in the morning. Overall a wonderful time and we plan to to book again in the future!

Great Trip

Memorial Day 2021

Fantastic mountain getaway

This house was the perfect getaway for our group of friends - 10 people and 2 dogs! The views were gorgeous and the property was nice and secluded. The house was very spacious with enough room for everyone to spread out, but also had a nice large kitchen and living room for all of us to gather for meals and watching TV. It was nice to be able to park our cars in the garages to keep them out of the snow. And the apartment was convenient enough for the three people that slept over there - and for us to use the kitchen when we needed too. We had 4 couples, and 2 single guys - so we had plenty of sleeping options between the main house, the loft, and the apartment. Monica and her team were super responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a secluded mountain getaway!
