Our studio condo #229 features a mini kitchen and one full bath is conveniently located adjacent to all of the resort amenities including a heated pool, hot tub, fitness center. Wifi speeds are appx 100+ mbps. Our Tamarron rental guests can play Glacier's 18-hole Valley Course at an exclusive discounted rate. Details will be provided in your rental instructions.
This studio condo is affordable luxury with views of the mountain cliffs and golf course. There are 2 queen beds and a large flat screen TV (wall mounted). The kitchen features granite counters and has an oven/range, small side by side stainless steel fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster and coffee pot. It's just a short walk to the new pools, hot tub, fitness center and playground.

ON-SITE AMENITIES AT THE LODGE INCLUDE: indoor pool, outdoor heated pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, steam shower, fitness center, golf at a special discounted rate, tennis, pickleball, playground, 3 on-site restaurants, and event center. There is an EV Charging Station available for guest use in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot, adjacent to the Tamarron Lodge.
LOCATION: Tamarron sits at around 7800 feet in elevation and is just 10 minutes south of Purgatory Ski Resort and 20 minutes north of downtown Durango. Many guests stay here to visit Purgatory Ski Resort, which offers a variety of restaurants, winter and summer activities, and festivals/events.
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

Amazing stay at Tamarron #229!

We loved the views, the hard flooring and the comfy beds and pillows! The amenities here are great, too. Was lovely sitting out on the east deck drinking coffee in the morning. We also used the shared grill on the north deck for one meal. Had meals at 2 of the onsite restaurants and were pleased with both. VRC staff was friendly and easy to communicate with. Price was right. Will definitely be back!

Great Family Vacation

This was our first trip to Tamarron with a 3 year old and a baby. The Lodge was a perfect set up for our family. Walking distance to the beautiful pool, a family friendly bar/cafe on site, and fine dining a short walk down the hill. Tamarron is well located for family walks, horseback riding, an a nice children's museum a short drive down the road in Durango. Also the views out the picture window of our unit were incredible. Our unit was recently remodeled and everything was beautiful. VRC was responsive to our every need. We will be back.

Pleasant and comfortable Studio

The Tamarron Lodge #229 was a good location for our vacation. The unit is charming and well-designed. The beds are very comfortable. It was clean. Loved the view! We enjoyed the pools and walks around the immediate area. The dresser was spacious, but no closet. The kitchen is compact and has adequate dishes, but no cupboards to store food. Overall a great place to stay.

Enjoyed our stay
The room was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was small, but had everything we needed. We cooked all our meals there. The view from the room was lovely. The kids enjoyed the pool.

Durango gem!

We loved our stay at the Tamarron resort. Our condo was clean and had all the amenities of home. The view from our window was beautiful! The area was so quiet and relaxing. Our only complaint was that during this covid time, we were not made aware that you had to make pool reservations in advance. When we tried to make reservations once we got there, the outside pool was almost always booked. Otherwise, we had an amazing stay and would most definitely come back and recommend this area and condo.

Beautiful Resort

This is our third year in a row coming to Tamarron Lodge and Durango, CO. We love the view from the huge picture windows in the rooms, the full kitchens and the soft beds. The rooms are very spacious and the staff is friendly and accommodating.
