Step into this inviting townhome and enjoy the spacious comfort of an open floor plan on the main level of the home complete with air conditioning for your comfort. The spacious living area is next to the open kitchen, featuring an island with seating perfect for entertaining while the Chef in your group prepares the perfect meal. Relax and enjoy a meal together at the comfortable dining table. Relax here on the warm, south-facing balcony, or enjoy your favorite movie, games or books by the gas stove fire. There is a half bath and a sleeper sofa on the main level, as well.
The works of Colorado artists are featured throughout this modern mountain home. A large TV is located in the living room and master bedroom. This sought-after location gives you flexibility and comfort!
After a full day of adventures retreat tot he comfortable bedrooms. The Ensuite Primary bedroom located on the third floor, just up the one flight of stairs from main level, features a Kind bed, Ensuite full bathroom with separate soaking tub, shower stall and two closets. The second bedroom on the third floor features a Queen bed and the full bathroom is located just around the corner. The third Ensuite bedroom, located on the first floor features a Queen bed and a full bathroom. The laundry room with a full washer and dryer is located on the third level.

Living Room: Sleeper Sofa.
Walk, bicycle, or cross-country ski on the Riverwalk Trail along the Uncompahgre River right across the street to downtown shops and restaurants. Or stop at the ¾ mile mark and enjoy the famous Ouray Hot Springs.
Parking - Guests are welcome to park one regular-size vehicle in the garage and one regular-size vehicle directly in front of the garage; please don't block the neighboring townhomes or complex driveway. Additional parking is available off the highway next to the townhome complex and the overflow parking area on Fedel Ct., across from the complex entrance.

Nestled at nearly 7,800 feet in Elevation Ouray, CO offers year-round outdoor activities and has everything you could want during your Colorado mountain vacation any time of year! In the spring, summer, and fall months visitors enjoy exploring, riding ATVs, hiking, biking, rock climbing, horseback riding excursions, and fishing. You'll love the summer music series in Ouray's Fellin Park or music in Ridgway's Park! In the winter months bring your snowshoes, ice climbing gear, or Nordic skis and enjoy downhill skiing in Telluride, a scenic 60-minute drive from Ouray and Ridgway! Ice climbing at the world-famous Ouray Ice Park boasts more than 150 named ice and mixed climbs, spanning almost 2 miles of the Uncompahgre Gorge. After a day of adventure enjoy a variety of great local restaurants, breweries, distilleries, live entertainment venues, and the ever-popular Ouray Hot Springs.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Excellent communication from booking to check out. Everything was pristine. It was a lovely place to return to when coming back from the trails. Room for our trailer on the street. Excellent location to get to the trails or Hot Springs. Looking forward to returning to Colorado, and hope this listing is available then. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful, very clean and great location
The condo was as described. The rental had everything we needed and the kitchen stocked really well. This was one of the cleanest rentals I have ever stayed at (linens and towels were soft and appeared to be new). The location was great to walk the river trail into town (about 20-25 minute walk). Hip Hip Ouray!
We loved our adventure to Ouray! The condo was so convenient to our needs and the kids loved the river across the street. The 3 BR, 4 bath was everything that we needed. We cooked the entire time and the well stocked kitchen made it easy. The beds were comfy and everything was clean. I hope to go back next year with all seven of our guests.

Seriously awesome and clean

This was our 5th time in Ouray and this rental is my favorite. #1 it was clean, I mean really clean. So many rentals seem clean on the surface but once you have been there for a bit, you see the dirt, dust and filth that has been there for a long time. This place is actually very well cleaned which I really appreciated. It’s beautiful and you can park your vehicle in the garage so you don’t have to worry about theft. We will for sure be back.

Exceeds expectations!!

It was one of our most perfect stays at a VRBO. It had everything, and more, that we use at home!! Lots of extra blankets and pillows for beds, throw blankets for the couch, air purifiers for white noise, box fans, space heaters, plenty of extra towels, books, games, Netflix, etc. It was very nicely updated and we felt really at home. Things were well thought out here and there was plenty of room for everyone. 🙂 We will recommend this place to everyone we know who visits Ouray! 🙂

Jeeping Trip to Ouray

Great location with lots of room. Located close to the hot springs on the north side of town. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family. Nice big kitchen with gas grill on the deck. Great for 3 couples as every bedroom has it's own bathroom.

Chilling in Ouray
Beautifully decorated location to relax and enjoy the surrounding area's fun outdoors! Amenities were like home...including wonderful linens and all the kitchen gadgets and necessities to enjoy cooking and eating after long day of skiing! Completely spotless and wonderful communication with owner! We'll definitely be back!
