Or stop at the ¾ mile mark and enjoy the famous Ouray Hot Springs. As you enter the residence, you’ll find a bedroom with an ensuite bath as well as a one-car garage for guests. There is also one parking spot for guests in front of the garage. Stairs take you to the 2nd level featuring cherry hardwood floors and a beautiful stone gas fireplace in the living, dining, and kitchen area.

Relax here on the warm, south-facing balcony, or enjoy our games and books by the fire. The kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need, including a gas stove if you choose to dine in. There is also a half bath and a sleeper sofa on this level. Take stairs to the third level for the master bedroom with a 5-piece ensuite bath and two closets. Another bedroom with an ensuite bath and a laundry room will a full-size washer and dryer are located here.

This sought-after location gives you flexibility and comfort! Parking - There are a single car garage and room to park 1 car in front of the garage; please don't block the neighboring townhomes. Additional parking is available off the highway next to the townhome complex and the overflow parking area on Fedel Ct., across from the complex entrance.

Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we follow CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc., are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
