Guest Access: The unit is completely private, and guests have access to the entire unit. Guests also have access to all shared spaces, including the pool (open Memorial-Labor Day), fitness center, and clubhouse. Guests do not have access to the mailbox. A PO box is recommended. Amazon package/grocery delivery is permitted and comes to the door.
No pets are allowed at this property.
Plenty of parking is available in the complex. None of the following types of vehicles are allowed: (1) commercial vans or other commercial vehicles of any kind, (2) any vehicles larger than one ton, and
(3) boats, off-road motorcycles, campers, camper shells, trailers of any kind, motor homes, or other similar recreational vehicles of any type.
We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.
For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.
Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care.

I really like VRC over the competition. This company is very accommodating and professional. I enjoyed my stay, the unit was clean and well stocked. The Property is attractive and well maintained. I felt safe and even made a few friends. The location is ideal for walking and public transportation is easily accessible. Plenty of shopping and a variety of restaurants close by. I especially loved the Aveda samples.�� I will be a returning customer.
