Whether your coming for a family trip or a working vacation; you'll have every amenity you could ask for! Our home features a spacious, well stocked kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops, stainless steal appliances, and conveniently located stackable washer and dryer. The living room if so comfy and well laid out for relaxing after a long day of adventuring, you'll also love the desk area if you need to get some work done, and you'll LOVE the fiber wi-fi speeds at 300/300mbps. Each bedroom is designed with your comfort in mind! The primary bedroom features a king size bed, while the guest room boasts a comfortable queen bed, both offer luxurious linens so you can fall asleep with ease!

Our deck offers a propane gas grill and seating, and the back hallway provides room to store a couple of bikes or ski gear. Street parking is available on 6th Avenue. Trailers can be parked in the oversized vehicle parking lot, located at the west end of 9th Avenue

In the winter months bring your snowshoes, ice climbing gear, or Nordic skis and enjoy downhill skiing in Telluride, a scenic 60-minute drive from Ouray! Ice climbing at the world-famous Ouray Ice Park boasts more than 150 named ice and mixed climbs, spanning almost 2 miles of the Uncompahgre Gorge. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes resulting in a shortened stay made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
