Our condo features mountain views from both balconies in this cozy condo with wood burning stove fireplace, ski locker, free parking, full bath and full kitchen. It is a short walk to the ski lift and the main Plaza where you will find shops, restaurants, ski rentals and more. This condo has two flights of stairs leading up to the front door. Being on the third floor gives you aspen, evergreen and ski lift views - plus no noise from above. Assigned ski locker on first floor.

This one-bedroom newly renovated condo includes a full kitchen, cozy living room with wood-burning fireplace, two private balconies (one off the bedroom, one off the living area) and full bathroom with tub/shower combo. There is an extra vanity in the bedroom. The living room has a Smart Roku TV and comfortable sleeper sofa with chaise lounge section. Dedicated workspace in the living area. Ski in the winter and hike/bike/fish in the summer.

Consistent with most Colorado mountain resorts, the home does not offer air-conditioning. This condo does NOT have access to the resort pool and fitness amenities.

This building has thin walls and the residents do strictly enforce the 10pm quite time - please be respectful of your neighbors when staying at Purgatory Townhomes.

A 30 minute drive to the south will take guests to historic downtown Durango, Colorado. This condominium is on the San Juan Scenic Skyway, which is an incredibly scenic driving loop that connects Durango, Mancos, Mesa Verde National Park, Telluride, Ouray, Silverton and Purgatory, as well as many fantastic trails for hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing and other Rocky Mountain adventures.

Winter visitors will be in walking distance to the main ski runs at Purgatory while still finding themselves in a quiet condo ‘neighborhood’ with easy access and 24 hour check-in availability. In summer, there is an abundance of hiking, biking and 4x4 trails in the resort itself as well as in the San Juan Mountains which surround the resort area.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
