Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo at Dillon Bay boasts breathtaking sunset views over Lake Dillon and across the Ten Mile Range. Four (4) minutes to Keystone Resort, twenty (20) minutes to Breckinridge Ski Resort, and close to other nearby ski areas such as Vail and Beaver Creek. Our place is your all-season getaway! If you are not visiting to hit the slopes in the winter, you can still delight in many summer activities, including hiking, biking, and boating on Lake Dillon. Enjoy on-site amenities, including a heated pool, hot tub, and sauna.

In the living area, unwind on the comfortable seating while watching your shows and movies on the brand-new smart TV. The pristine kitchen, equipped with granite countertops, a wine cooler, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, makes preparing delicious home-cooked meals a breeze. Sit at the kitchen island bar with seating for four while you wait for your meals, and then sit around the dining table (seating for six) when ready to enjoy your culinary creations.

Find supreme comfort in the main suite, featuring a stately king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is outfitted with a queen-over-queen bunk bed. The guest bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

On the private covered deck, relax or grill steaks and veggies.

It is just steps from the complimentary Summit Stage bus stop, providing convenient access to alpine adventures and the surrounding towns. Discover many eateries, shops, and activities in downtown Dillon (1.5 miles). Silverthorne is just 2 miles away, offering restaurants, quaint coffee shops, eclectic boutiques, ice skating, golfing, and snowmobiling. Hit the slopes at Keystone, just 5 miles away. Or sample the terrain at Loveland, Copper, Arapahoe Basin, and Breckenridge -- all within 15 miles. In warmer months, enjoy hiking and mountain biking. Walk to nearby Dillon Marina (2 miles) or visit Frisco Bay Marina (7 miles) which offers numerous activities on Dillon Reservoir, including boat, kayak, paddleboard rentals, sailing lessons, tours, and lakeside dining. Summit County also offers five world-renowned golf courses.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
