Our beautifully decorated 4 bedrooms, 2 bathroom townhome is all about its exceptional location! Located across the road from the Ouray Hot Springs Pool and Fellin Park and a short stroll to historic downtown, this townhome provides ultimate year-round convenience and access to all that Ouray has to offer!

2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed (Main Floor)
3rd Bedroom - King Bed (Lower Level)
4th Bedroom - TwoTwin Beds (Lower Level).
It features a large modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an open concept floor plan that provides the perfect setting to gather with friends and family during your stay. Natural light and gorgeous mountain views are abundant with floor-to-ceiling windows in the sunroom. There is also a nicely landscaped shared outdoor space available for guests of the complex to use. There is a full bath with a walk-in shower located on the main floor, while the lower level has a larger bath with two sinks and a tub/shower combination. Guests also have access to the attached Garage.

You'll love the summer music series in Ouray's Fellin Park! In the winter months bring your snowshoes, ice climbing gear, or Nordic skis and enjoy downhill skiing in Telluride, a scenic 60-minute drive from Ouray! Ice climbing at the world-famous Ouray Ice Park boasts more than 150 named ice and mixed climbs, spanning almost 2 miles of the Uncompahgre Gorge. After a day of adventure enjoy a variety of great local restaurants, breweries, distilleries, live entertainment venues, and the ever-popular Ouray Hot Springs. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Set up to take care of a family. Plenty of kitchen equipment to cook meals. Easy, short walk, across street, for toddlers to Ouray Hot Springs. Walk friendly to wander Ouray’s Main Street. Wonderful views of the mountains.

Beautiful home with a perfect location

I could not have picked a better home for our stay in Ouray! It was clean and very convenient to downtown and the hot springs. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very amply sized. My favorite part was the panoramic view out the front windows of downtown and the mountains. It was great to have an entrance to the perimeter trail right behind our house. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Vacation Destination

The Garden area was very nice and peaceful. Convenient to the Hot Springs just across the street. One of the paths that lead to the Perimeter Trail is just behind us. Walking to town proved safe as we found a path inside the Hot Springs that led to the sidewalk on Main Street for fun shopping and meals. We were here for a destination wedding.

Great place to stay

We absolutely loved staying here while we were in Ouray! The location was perfect especially with kids, we could just walk to town and the hot springs. We wish we would have known there was no grill ahead of time since we brought food to grill but that’s okay, we made due.

Amazing Stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was even more spacious than indicated, with amazing views and a great location across the street from the hot springs. We were pleasantly surprised to find a high chair, stroller, and little step stool for our son! My only critique is the decor in the upstairs king room—it was antique but just seemed not to fit the house.

LOVE THIS PLACE!
This is our third stay at the Skyrocket. We love the location (near downtown & the hot springs) and the view out the front window (Ouray, Mt Abrams, and Mt Hayden). The townhouse is well-stocked with extra supplies (kitchen spices, laundry detergent, paper products...). The owners have put thought into accomodating guests with games, books, movies, etc. We love the arrangement of 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs. The townhouse is clean and decorated nicely. We hope to be back soon!

Awesome location
The place has an awesome location you can walk to town just a few blocks away. Our granddaughter loved the park and fishpond just across the street. Our group over 3 days put a 1000 piece puzzle together in the sun room with that great view. This is a win win place.
Very Enjoyable Stay

I picked this property because I wanted someplace close to town. This property was perfect. It was walkable to town, was right across from the hot springs pool, and had the Ouray perimeter trailhead and Uncompahgre river trail right in the backyard. The views from the townhome are outstanding. Everything inside is very nice. The beds were comfortable, had plenty of amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms and was clean. Garage parking was nice, and there was plenty of parking available. Check in/out was seamless, we never had to do anything but show up. We ate at several restaurants in town, visited both breweries and the distillery, hiked multiple trails, and shopped a lot. There was a concert in the park on Thursday which was right across the street from the townhouse and that was a lot of fun. Our daughter got married at governors basin in the mountains which was why we were there. We hired Alpine Scenic Jeep Tours to drive 28 people into the back country and I would highly recommend them for a very enjoyable day. I would recommend this property to anyone considering Ouray. Was perfect for my family of 8 and if we come back to Ouray, I would rent this property again.

Great Rental

This is our 3rd time visiting Ouray. This townhouse was by far the best place we stayed. The location is perfect and just a short walk into town. We went to the mineral springs next door a few times. It was so convenient for all of us. The house is beautiful and has the best view of the surrounding mountains. Everything we could need was provided as the house was stocked with plenty of supplies. The kitchen has everything you need tocook. The beds were super comfortable. We can't say enough about yjis townhouse and can't wait to return.
