Our one-bedroom condo has a loft, full kitchen, and one full bath. It is located near all of the resort amenities including a heated pool, hot tub, and fitness center. Our guests can play the Valley Course at Glacier Club at a discounted rate of $160 per round for 18 holes with a cart.

This main lodge loft has been updated with a full kitchen and full size appliances. There is a queen bed and futon on the main level and two twin beds up in the loft. There are 2 TV`s with a DVD and CD player. Excellent views!

ON-SITE AMENITIES INCLUDE: indoor pool, outdoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, steam shower, fitness center, golf, tennis, playground, restaurant & bar, event center. There is an EV Charging Station available for guest use in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot, adjacent to the Tamarron Lodge.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units at Tamarron DO NOT allow pets.

4WD is recommended in Winter (Dec-Mar).

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding, etc) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours, etc) activities.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer
travel insurance.

First visit to Durango area

This rental was worked out great for us. Easy to find. Not too far from Downtown Durango. Less than 10 min from Purgatory. Kids enjoyed the pool area. The playground equipment was gone during our visit, not the end of the world though. The kitchen was well equipped and it was nice to eat in a couple meals versus eating out so much. The bathroom was slightly dated but completely functional. Checking in was easy. Overall, we were very satisfied and would stay here again.

Great location, well supplied, awesome amenities

We will definitely stay in this location again. The condos were well stocked and the pools and hot tub were perfect after a long day of skiing.

Great Location Between Town and the High Country

We enjoyed the location of the condo and the facilities. The condo is situated close enough to Purgatory, The Nugget, The Olde Schoolhouse and James Ranch. You can get to town in 15 minutes for more restaurants and activities. We loved using the pool and hot tub after a long day of hiking!

Family Vacation

The location is great, very peaceful and quiet, it's only about 15 minutes north of town. Our rental was great the only thing is that the 2 twin beds upstairs, that little area tents to get kind of hot so using the fans are a must. But, other than that everything else was awesome. It has pretty much everything you need to cook if you don't want to go to town to eat.
