Our 1,000 sq. foot, 2 bedroom (plus loft), 2 bathroom townhome is located 11 miles (less then 15 minutes) north of downtown and 14 miles (15 minutes) south of Purgatory Ski area. This best-of-both worlds location offers privacy with excellent proximity to the area’s premier amenities and spectacular views of the Animas valley and the red cliffs that are so iconic to the reasons many are drawn to Durango. Dalton Ranch Golf Course and Trimble Hot Springs are 4 miles from the residence, and there are close-by restaurants, two nearby golf courses, and one of the area’s best grocery stores.
The residence backs up to National Forest Land and the historic Durango & Silverton tourist train runs adjacent to the property. There is outdoor living space both in front of the towhome and in the back off the master bedroom. You can expect all of the usual amenities such as WIFI, Cable TV, Washer/Dryer and linens/towels. There is a also a single car garage that can be use for storage or parking (assuming your vehicle is very very small).
Bed Configuration:
Master bedroom - Queen with TV and Ensuite Bath(main level)
Second bedroom - Queen with TV and Ensuite Bath (second level)
Third bedroom (Loft Open to living space) - Bunk beds (single over double, second level)
There is no parking for RVs, Trailers, Boats, etc at Pine Acres - Please do not book this property if you have a trailer etc.
There home is not pet friendly - please do not bring pets.
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Durango Pine Acres 112

Overall, my wife, daughter and I enjoyed our month long stay in the Durango area very much. The condo was the perfect size, well decorated, and clean upon arrival. The washing machine was broken but Premier Vacation rentals communicated this and scheduled the repair the first Thursday after our arrival. A few other items broken were the front screen door and the legs on the family room end table which should have been inspected and repaired before our arrival. That said, Premier Vac Rentals understood our concerns and gave us a nice credit on our reservation for the inconvenience. Besides these few small items, we would book this property again in the future!

We loved our condo! This unit has everything you could possibly need! The beds and pillows are very nice, all the linens are high quality. The kitchen was stocked with all the pots and pans you could possibly need, just bring your own spices.We adored that we were close to the mountain and close to town, in between both perfect location! What made this vacation extra special is the rental agency. Answered every single question, got back within seconds. Can't say enough wonderful things about this company!

Ideal for Our Gamily
This rental was ideal for our family. Property was exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. Great location: midway between Purgatory Ski Resort and Durango - short drive to either ski or shop/dine. Townhome was cozy yet spacious with a fully stocked compact kitchen. (Great for us since we cook most of our meals.) Property was clean, well-maintained and comfortable. Easy to contact customer service/property management. (We arrived earlier than expected and they were able to accommodate our request to check-in a day earlier.) Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this property.

Durango is fun

It was a great place and met all expectations. One small nitpick is the spiral staircase to the second floor. It is narrow and would pose a problem for elderly guests or those with mobility problems. Just a minor inconvenience for us.

Great Place& Very Affordable!!!
This was a great place that took care of our traveling needs. Not only was it affordable but it was a great deal when splitting the cost as well as the space.There was 4 adults, 2 teenagers & 1 child and we had plenty of room for sleeping as well as fixing meals and moving around. I was amazed how clean & very pleased with the maintenance.We will definitely stay here again & would recommend it to friends or family.We loved the location of Pine Acres,. While attending a soccer tournament in Durango the drive back and forth gave us a wonderful scenic ride!!

Animas River Valley Townhouse #112

Our townhouse was in the perfect location for skiing at Purgatory and
shopping in Durango. We loved the accommodations for our group, which had plenty of space for everyone. The townhouse was quiet and very comfortable. Our hosts provided everything we needed for the kitchen and bath, and even set up a Christmas tree for our December visit! We would definitely stay here again!

No More Hotel Rooms For Us!
Great family stay. Less expensive than the 2 motel rooms we had originally booked for 3 adults and 4 children. The locking garage was an unexpected bonus I apparently missed in the description. My husband & I both ride motorcycles, so it was great to be able to park the motorcycles in the garage. Laundry was also a big bonus. Overall, it was clean, comfortable and exactly as described and pictured. We will definitely be doing this again and not just in Durango. One note, they do provide plenty of supplies but they are not always stored where you would expect. Check the storage cubes!

We were able to rent three homes to accommodate 19 people from our family. We had a wonderful family get-together and a key was that we were able to rent three homes in close proximity. The location is great. It was clean and well maintained and the rental management staff was great to work with. Extremely helpful.
