My name is Dave Snow and my Creede property recently came under VRC management after the sale of Broken Arrow.

I have been quite happy with VRC, but in particular I have been super impressed with Amanda Miles. She knocks it out of the park with every contact. She responds quickly to any inquiry , reacts proactively to any issues, and quite frankly is a delight to work with. Being in such good hands is important since I live in Pennsylvania.

I purchased my first investment home in late 202 in Bend, OR when an opportunity presented itself I had been waiting for. I live full time in Ohio so I needed a property manager and a designer/construction manager to complete the end to end process. 

After extensive research, I made the decision to partner with VRC to manage the property. Jessica hit the ground running and introduced me to Lisa at Home Front Interiors. After meeting them at the property I knew I had my team … Between Jess and Lisa, the property was generating revenue before I thought it was possible. We were up and running for peak season! I’d like to take this opportunity to recommend Brian Scarpella with Vacation Rental Collective | Vail as a Property Manager and Marketing / Sales Manager for our Beaver Creek, CO condominium.

We changed property management services at the end of this last ski season to Brian’s company after having been with the same property management services for 4 years.

The service and attention to detail provided by Brian is excellent and far superior to our previous experience. Brian brings years of experience to the table and is knowledgeable about rental property management.

On a business level, his company works with pricing models that have worked extremely well for us. We have earned more net profit in the last 5 months than in any 5 month period previously. Brian is also flexible about adjusting pricing as needed to ensure that pricing is competitive but not at the cost of losing revenue. Or having the opposite situation of extreme wear and tear due to not vetting potential renters properly.

The Damage Waiver program he provides is excellent and protects the owners.

And last but not least, his commission rate is fair and reasonable.
