
Scott Hemerda is a founding principal and owner of Vacation Rental Collective's Denver Collection, offering premier vacation rentals along the Front Range, including the greater Denver metropolitan area. Along with founders Keith Brant and Chris Bettin, Scott expanded the business to the Colorado Front Range in November 2015. Providing superior customer support, Scott goes above and beyond for owners and vacationers alike. As a native Coloradoan, Scott spent his childhood in Littleton, studied at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, and raised his family in Parker. His daily commute to downtown Denver led to a love of the city in addition to his established love of the surrounding suburbs and mountains. Scott worked in financial services as the Director of Institutional Relationships for 18 years at TIAA-CREF, where he managed relationships worth 20 billion in assets. In addition to leading the top performing relationship management team, Scott supported and retained clients through challenging service model and system changes all evidence of his superior relationship management skills. Scott married his high school sweetheart and they have three children. A lover of sports, he instilled the values of collaboration, teamwork, and good sportsmanship as a role model participating in softball and basketball and then as a coach for all of his children in their numerous activities. Scott grew up skiing and now enjoys hiking and exploring the mountains with his wife. Business trips, family vacations, and romantic getaways have cultivated his love and expertise on the needs of vacationers.

Jessica has worked in the vacation rental and real estate industry for over 13 years. She managed many lodging aspects of a top destination resort while providing leadership and supervision to the entire staff. Her focus is on excellent customer service from start to finish which includes maintaining rental inventory quality and assisting owners in maximizing their income potential as well as ensuring guest satisfaction before, during and after their stay. This exemplary customer service and market knowledge has resulted in a reputation as a highly respected and successful real estate broker specializing in helping buyers and sellers realize their homeownership goals. Jess, her husband Tim and their dog Professor Murray relocated to Central Oregon from Colorado after they fell in love with all the opportunities for outdoor adventure. In her free time, you will find her paddle boarding on the Deschutes river or in the high mountain lakes, mountain biking at Phil’s trail, skiing at Mt. Bachelor, backpacking in the Three Sisters Wilderness or playing roller derby for the Lava City Roller Dolls.

Brian is a founding principal and owner of Vacation Rental Collective | The Vail Collection. Brian has over 25 years of architectural design, construction and project management, and carpentry experience as well as landscape design and construction. Brian has spent nearly two decades as co-owner of Down to Earth Gardening and Landscaping, Inc. Brian understands the factors that drive true customer satisfaction. He creates unparalleled positive communication and reliable follow-through both of which are critical to ensuring the best possible guest experience. With the primary goal of exceeding customer expectations, Brian has a keen eye toward perfection and efficiency and commitment to getting things done in a timely manner. Born and raised in Colorado, with several adventures under his belt, Brian returned back to Colorado to raise his own family. After living in Durango for over 20 years, Brian made the move to the Vail valley. When he’s not in the office Brian can be found enjoying all that Colorado has to offer, outdoors. He enjoys spending time volunteering in his community by spending time on the ski hill helping young athletes fulfill their dreams as ski racers. He is an avid cyclist, skier, and whitewater kayaker who enjoys camping, adventuring and trying to keep up with his kids.

Gloryann Linch has lived and worked in the Southwest for the last 25 years. She left a career in higher education to pursue a path in the resort operations and development industry. As a support member of the leadership team at a top destination resort collective in the Southwest, Gloryann has worked through numerous acquisition and development projects and manages licensing and legal services for its 9 resort properties. Her passion for the travel and resort industry encouraged her to look for other opportunities to use her knowledge and expertise and, in 2020, she joined the Vacation Rental Collective team as owner of the Moab market. Gloryann is focused on achieving maximum income potential for her owners in the markets she serves. She’s equipped with an extensive background in customer relations and an approach to profitability through efficiency and consistency. Gloryann, along with her friends and family, enjoy spending time exploring the southwest and seeking out adventure of all varieties including, skiing, rock climbing, river rafting, mountain biking, canyoneering, adventure photography and gastronomic study. Gloryann is also an avid wild mushroom hunting expert and shares her passion for fungi through guided hunts, photography and tasty culinary creations.

Heather Dawson is the founding principal and owner of Tamarron Rental Program, LLC. Heather joined Premier Vacation Rentals Group family in January of 2020 as part of a joint venture. This symbiotic partnership allows Heather to maintain her existing clientele with a focus on the Tamarron Resort vacation rental market, maximize her operational efficiencies, and expand the distribution of her units to the 50+ channels in PVRG’s distribution network. While the merger allows VRC to gain market share in its home market of Durango, CO and provide Heather with the resources needed to grow her business. Heather brings over a decade of experience in the vacation rental industry owning her own business and managing vacation rentals in southwest Colorado. Heather is a Michigan native. She grew up in a small town in northern Michigan and attended university at Lake Superior State University where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in paralegal studies. Before moving to Durango in 2007, Heather served as a paralegal for ten years at one of the largest law firms in Green Bay, WI, where she specialized in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. Heather married her husband, Shane in 2008 in Rome, Italy! Heather, Shane and their 17-year-old son, live on a hobby farm in the heart of southwest Colorado. They share their farm with alpacas, goats, chickens, bees and their 4 dogs. In her spare time, Heather enjoys backpacking, exploring new places, hunting mushrooms, cooking, and crafting.

Shane Dawson is the owner of Vacation Rental Collective’s Northwoods Collection in Northern Wisconsin – serving Eagle River, St. Germain, Three Lakes, and the surrounding areas. Born and raised in the NW suburbs of Chicago, Shane is a Midwestern native. As a child he enjoyed summers at his family’s lake home in Hayward, WI. His career in hospitality began 25 years ago after attending Northern Arizona University’s School of Hotel and Restaurant Management. Shane spent the mid 1990’s through the early 2000’s running the day-to-day operations of two resort properties in Northern Arizona and Big Bend National Park, TX. He oversaw reservations, front desk, food & beverage, maintenance, housekeeping, accounting, retail, and the special projects departments at both properties.
He played a significant role in getting the Big Bend property ISO 14001 certified for environmental stewardship and certifications with both the Green Hotels Association and Green Restaurant Associations - both firsts for a Forever Resorts property (out of 53 locations throughout the US at the time). His second career was in real estate development and sales. In 2003, he moved to the resort areas of SW Colorado to work in sales for a local ranch and land developer. Following that, Shane was a Christie’s International Real Estate agent and member of Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate™, closing some of the highest-valued properties in the area. In 2010, he opened Elevation Real Estate Company, and for over a decade, has operated his own real estate company focused on vacation homes, luxury properties, and farm & ranch estates.
During his time in Colorado, Shane was heavily involved in advocating for private property rights through positions on Local, State and National REALTOR® Association Boards and Committees. He was recognized for his excellence in customer service with the “Realtor of the Year” award in 2017. Shane was also the 2019 President for his local REALTOR® Association and served on the Board of Directors for United Way of Southwest Colorado. Shane’s wife, Heather, is the founder and owner of Vacation Rental Collective’s Durango/Tamarron Collection where she manages 125 rental properties. Shane and his family returned to the Midwest, specifically Eagle River, to enjoy all Northern Wisconsin offers. Trading mountains for lakes, they love to be boating, hiking, snowmobiling, skiing and enjoying the good people and friends they’ve met in this beautiful part of the country.
