This listing consists of our 6,600 square foot luxury residence which features 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms guest house. It is located 20 minutes from both historic downtown Durango and Purgatory ski resort.
Our residence features an amazing outdoor space including a wrap around deck to enjoy the views and an outdoor wood burning fireplace, gas and wood burning fire pits, private hot tub, outdoor dining table and gas grill. In addition there are 2 ponds (you can swim in summer) as well as a large maintained yard and a an irrigation creek running thru the property (seasonal).
The generously equipped gourmet kitchens feature gas stoves, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. We also offer reliable Wi-Fi throughout the homes, Direct TV, washer/dryer, 3 car garage, office and all the amenities you would expect from a luxury residence.
The main house sleeps 14 and the guest house sleeps 6. The two homes make it perfect for multiple families as it features multiple living spaces as well an awesome game room with Ping Pong, Foosball, Air Hockey, 2 arcade games, a dart board and more. The Great Room is nothing short of amazing in the main house with reclaimed hard wood floors and exposed beams, a stone floor to ceiling fireplace, huge picture windows and view of Missionary Ridge. In the guest house, the exposed beams and stone floor-to-ceiling fireplace continue while also offering more natural light with the many skylights.
These homes are in one of the nicest residential settings in the Durango area along the desired CR 250. It is situated on 7 acres offering privacy and seclusion and an alpine setting - yet a maximum of 20 minutes from everything Durango has to offer.

Main House - (all bedrooms are on the main level except the 3rd bedroom which is upstairs):
Main Bedroom - King Bed (TV) Main Level
2nd Bedroom - King Bed (TV) Main Level
3rd Bedroom - King Bed and 2 sets of Bunk Beds (Single over Single) Upstairs
4th Bedroom - Queen Bed with a Bunk Bed (single over single) in the adjacent hallway - Main Level
Guest House:
Main Bedroom - King Bed with Fireplace, TV, and En Suite Bath
2nd Bedroom - King Bed En Suite Bath
Living Room - Queen Pull-Out Sofa
The home is not pet friendly.
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
