Our 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom 2,900 square foot single level home is located in the Animas Valley just 12 minutes from Historic Downtown Durango and 20 minutes from Purgatory Ski Resort to the north.
The brand new home has been outfitted to be the ultimate vacation rental with a private hot tub, huge covered deck with outdoor dining table, gas fire pit and a BBQ Grill as well a 6 ft. Pool Table, Ping Pong and a Shuffleboard table in the garage. The home is perfect for multiple families as it features a 2nd living space with a cocktail arcade game (with 60 classic games), TV and queen pull out sofa.
The newly renovated Durango Hot Springs is just a 1/2 mile from the home and Dalton Ranch Golf Course along with PJs Market and a great liquor store are just across highway 550 only a mile from the house.
Bed Configuration: Single Level
Master - King with TV and gas fireplace (en suite bathroom)
2nd Master - King and TV (en suite bathroom)
3rd - King and TV (shares bathroom with 4th bedroom)
4th - Bunk Bed (Queen over Queen) and Twin pull out
2nd Living Space - Queen Pull Out Sofa
The home is NOT pet friendly.
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Beautiful home with all the necessities

This is the best vacation rental! It is setup with anything you will need for a great vacation. The house is beautiful with all the top of the line furniture and the most comfortable mattresses. The game room was a great place for the kids. We spent each evening eating and playing games on the covered back porch.
The house is in a great location with beautiful views of the mountains and centrally located for anything you want to see. We had a great time and would recommend this house to anyone wanting to stay in a perfect home away from home.

50th wedding anniversary family trip
We had a wonderful time in Durango, Colorado and this home was very comfortable for our family of 9. It is just outside of town and easy to run back and forth each day. Our family enjoyed the views from the back deck, the boys loved playing in the creek beside the home, relaxed in the Hot Tub about every day, and would recommend this to anyone wishing a quiet place to relax at night. Conveniently located to go to the places we wanted to visit.

Perfect Family Getaway
This property is beautiful, and was stocked with everything we needed to cook family meals. There were plenty of towels including towels for the hot tub. We would definitely rent this property again if we return to Durango.

Family Ski Trip

Relaxation destinations!!

This house is by far the BEST rental we’ve ever stayed in. It offers so much to do within the home, it was just as fun hanging out playing pool, shuffle board & ping pong. The owners really thought about everything and every need when designing and furnishing this place. Very comfortable from the couch to the bedding.
The views of the mountains with their many beautiful colors and terrain were impressive. We enjoyed hiking the many trails close by.
I think the most important part was that with two teenagers, they wanted to “unplug” play games and connect.
We will definitely add this to our destination stay next time we’re in Durango.

2nd stay did not disappoint!

Our second trip to this beautiful home & driving through the mountainous Animas Valley, alive with fall color, was the beginning of another wonderful stay in the Durango area. The house is a well located home base. It is welcoming, comfortable, decorated with local pictures & wall hangings, fully equipped kitchen, great amenities & plenty of space for everyone to gather together or spread out. Great mountain views from everywhere. A daily treat is watching the Durango train go by. There are games in the garage for all ages. Outside there is a grill, a hot tub, a fire pit on the patio & one on the deck, great conversational areas inside & out. We’ve found this to be a great location to get the most out of our Durango vacations & look forward to returning.

What a find! The pictures don’t do the house justice. The house is beautiful and EVERY ROOM HAS A VIEW OF THE MOUNTAINS!!!
We have a large family and pretty much only stay a VRBOs, and this is definitely the nicest we’ve stayed at. The house is absolutely gorgeous and decorated beautifully. The master bedroom is huge, beautifully decorated with a huge walk in closet, and beautiful bathroom. The furniture is very comfortable. The house was spotless, which is VERY important to us. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook with and has really beautiful dishes and silverware. Even the towels were very plush! I love natural light and this house did not disappoint, it has TONS of windows with phenomenal views, but we still had privacy with how the shades opened and allowed us to see the mountains. Cant say enough how I loved seeing the mountains in every room I walked in!! We loved coming back after whiteriver rafting or our trip to Mesa Verde national park and relaxing outside in the hot tub and my husband loved the grill.
One day we stayed in, my husband and I relaxed watching tv on these super comfy recliners ( which we are trying to find now, my husband loved them)but our kids enjoyed playing ping pong and the with the pool table.
Check in and out was very easy and the management company was really pleasant to deal with, we highly recommend this house. We are planning to come back next year!!!

This VRBO is as beautiful as Durango!!
Breathtaking from the moment you walk in. From the moment we opened the garage and saw the table games to coming in the door to a beautiful open floor space with modern, earthly decor, we were so excited! The amount of space in this place is AMAZING!!
Every room is so perfectly decorated and clean.
Our kids were able to spread out and have their own room and bathroom. That is a major plus!
The master suite is like a mini apartment (minus kitchen). It has a private restroom, walk in closet, living area, and beautiful king bed.
Waking each morning to the Durango/Silverton train at 9:30am was an added bonus. Loved it!!
The hot tub was such an awesome treat to enjoy each night and the back porch area was so nice to sit out on and listen to the small creek and nature watch.
I really can’t imagine anyone needing anything more.
We had all we could have ever wanted and so much more. The only thing that would make it better is actually living there!

Absolutely beautiful home!

The house was absolutely beautiful, clean, and everything we needed was provided! My mother-in-law and aunt enjoyed relaxing on the back porch while there was plenty to keep the older kids entertained with the pool table, shuffle board, ping pong, and the arcade games. And the hot tub was perfect for relaxing. The location is perfect, just a short drive to downtown Durango where we enjoyed, rafting, hiking, and shopping. James Ranch Grill and the Honeyville store are just minutes from the house and well worth going to! We also enjoyed Pagosa Springs, Silverton, and our absolute favorite...Ouray (pronounced U ray by the locals), the Switzerland of America! Absolutely stunning, a must see! We had a wonderful vacation.

A great location, a beautifully appointed home with everything you need & more, plus awesome views of the Animas Valley everywhere you look. We (3 couples) made use of the well equipped kitchen & the outdoor grill. The back deck with comfortable patio furniture & fire pit was definitely a place to gather. Who knew springtime in Durango could be so beautiful? Durango and it’s many attractions, great restaurants & shops is just 10 minutes away. The Hermosa Creek Grill (best breakfast), James Ranch Restaurant & Market, & the Gourmet Market & Wine are just a few minutes away; all have takeout. Dalton Ranch golf is just 5 minutes. TV’s, games, puzzles, entertainment, & hot tub all available before & after a day spent taking advantage of all that Durango has to offer. 275 Estancia Loop is definitely a home away from home & we will definitely return with more friends & family.

Home is located North of Durango.Beautiful new home. Had everything we needed to cook meals.Family friendly with lots of games for the kiddos. Porches with comfy chairs. Beautiful mountain views from every room.Lots to see and do. Golf course and hot spring spa nearby. We had a great time and will be back.

This home is new and it is obvious that the owners put a lot of thought into decorating it and providing extras that make your stay enjoyable . If you want to cook at home, the kitchen is supplied with every small appliance imaginable and there is a gourmet market near by where you can stock up on essentials and also buy cinnamon rolls and deli items. If eating out is your thing, Durango is full of great restaurants. The views are outstanding.
