Our 700 square foot apartment over the garage of a brand new home features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and is located 13 miles (20 minutes) from downtown Durango and 17 miles from Purgatory. The owner (just one older gentelmen) lives in the main house and the apt features a completely separate entrance and there are no shared spaces except the garage where one spot is assigned to the apartment. This home is in one of the nicest residential settings in the Durango area. It is situated on 5 acres offering privacy and seclusion - yet just 20 minutes from downtown Durango . Enjoy an alpine setting with room to roam and exceptional views, while being close to all of the incredible amenities and recreational experiences that Durango has to offer.

The apartment sleeps 4 and features a private deck with awesome views, a fully stocked kitchen, garage parking for one vehicle and central AC.

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
