Our comfortable 3 bedroom and 3 bath townhome is located in the Needles complex just 3 miles south of Purgatory Ski Resort and 20 miles north of historic downtown Durango. It is adjacent to the iconic Old School Pizza as well as across the highway from the Needles Market and Gas station. There is parking in front of the townhome (there is no garage access).

After exploring the surrounding mountains, relax in the shared hot tub or enjoy the community wood burning fire pit (summer/fall only - assuming there is not a fire ban).

This condo has plenty of comfortable seating in the living area and boasts a wood burning fireplace and deck with a propane grill. The deck expands over to the dining room area, with seating for meals at the table and the kitchen bar. There is a washer/dryer in the home. Even though not in photos, every bedroom now has a TV.

Bed Configuration:
Master Bedroom - King with Ensuite Bath (upper level) - with balcony - with new 50" TV
2nd Bedroom - Queen with Ensuite Bath (upper level) - with new 40" TV
3rd Bedroom - Double Size Bunk Beds (main level) - with TV

Consistent with most Colorado mountain resorts, the home does not offer air-conditioning and at 9000 ft elevation its typically not needed.

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
