Our 2,200 square foot Cascade Village condo (Unit 48) features 3 bedrooms and 3bathrooms and is a rare corner unit with a huge deck off the Main Living Space which features a gas firepit, outdoor dining table and additional seating to enjoy the amazing views in all directions. There is a second smaller deck off the Main Living Space as well as a deck off the Master Bedroom, all featuring amazing views.
The condo has been completely remodeled with high end finishes and furnishings and is perfect for multiple families as it features a 2nd living space (loft) with a TV and seating area (and queen pull out sofa). The kitchen is fully stocked and the condo also has a washer/dryer (laundry detergent provided).

Master - King with TV and Ensuite Bath(Upstairs)
2nd - King (Main floor)
3rd - King (Upstairs)
Living Room - Queen sofa bed
Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units at Cascade Village, are NOT pet friendly.
Cascade Village is less than 2 miles north of Purgatory Resort, 26 miles (less than 30 minutes) north of Durango and 25 miles south of Silverton (less than 30 minutes). Free on-site amenities at Cascade Village including an indoor heated pool, sauna, outdoor/indoor hot tubs, pool table, outdoor tennis court, ski rental shop (with discounts)!
All of the Cascade Village units are equipped with reliable Fiber Optic internet service with an average internet speed of up to 50 Mbps and guests can stream their favorite movies and TV shows on their preferred provider (e.g. Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime) using the smart TVs in the unit. With fast and reliable fiber optic WIFI, guests can stream on multiple devices. Cable TV is not available in any units at Cascade Village.
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
As with all properties in the area, the condo does not have AC. Given the day times highs are rarely above 80 while the lows are in the 40s. Open the windows after the sun is behind the mountains and then close them in the morning along with the blinds that face west. This will keep the house plenty cool.

The condo was the perfect place for our party of 6. The deck on the side of the living room is the best feature. Drinking coffee out there every morning was my favorite thing. Already planning our trip for next summer or maybe even the winter.

A great place to stay with amazing views and is budget friendly.
This was our third visit to Cascade Village. The property has a great layout and can accommodate 2 families and kids. It is clean and equipped with all the required stuff. We have been extremely satisfied with the service. I highly recommend this property for your next vacation!

Excellent Condo - Excellent Stay
This condo has everything you need, came stocked with trash bags, detergent, soap, shampoo/conditioner. Wonderful location and beautiful view of Engineer Mtn. We have stayed in Cascade before and this was our favorite condo to stay in. Close to purgatory and east to get up skiing. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic Time at Cascade Village Condo!

We had a fantastic time staying in Cascade Village Condo #48! WOW! What a beautiful condo and what a beautiful view. The pictures on Vrbo just can't quite grasp the beauty of the mountains.
The condo was fantastic. It is beautifully furnished and extremely roomy. I can't say enough about it. The abundance of firewood for the fireplace and the outside fire pit were great and we really enjoyed both of them!
Would stay there again and hope we get the chance one day.

Great location and layout!
The property has a great unobstructed view of Engineer Mountain. The layout is very good and the 3 king beds were comfortable. Covered parking is a plus. Managers & staff(especially Brian & Carly) were responsive to issues with heat and master shower. I recommend putting shower instructions in MBa to save a service call. Convenient to Purgatory skiing. On-site restaurant was very good. Caution to mobility impaired; very steep access stairs from garage. We were happy with the rental and would rent again!

If you are going to Durango or Purgatory skiing, this is the best place to stay. The condo is clean and very comfortable. The patio has view of the mountains and you can hike right out of the back. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. We will definitely be back.
