This one bedroom plus loft bedroom condominium is bright, open and comfortable, with room for relaxing in a location in town for convenience and ease of getting around to Durango area activities. There are two flights of stairs leading up to this condo.
Inside the two-level home, is a large, open living room with flat screen TV and wood burning fireplace. Adjacent to the living room is the dining room with a table for six. The nearby kitchen includes new appliances and countertops, with dinnerware, cookware and utensils. There are window AC units in the summer months.
Outside the front entry to this home, is a balcony with outdoor furniture to provide outdoor living space, views surrounding landscaping, mature trees and foothills in the distance. The balcony serves as the private entrance to the condo.

AMENITIES: The Ferringway Townhomes offers a shared hot tub and heated swimming pool for guest use. The pool deck has plenty of room for lounging, as well as multiple gas grills and outdoor dining space without having to leave the grounds. There is easy access to City Open Space hiking and mountain biking trails behind this property. THE POOL IS OPEN APPX MEMORIAL WEEKEND TO END OF SEPTEMBER; HOT TUB IS OPEN YEAR-ROUND.
LOCATION: Ferringway is just a 5-minuts drive to historic downtown Durango and the Durango Train, plus restaurants, shops and entertainment. Driving about 30 minutes to the north takes you to Purgatory Ski Resort and the high San Juan Mountains. Mesa Verde National Park, a noted World Heritage Site, is about a 40-minute drive to the West. Hillcrest Golf Club is a five-minute drive from this condo, as is the main campus of Fort Lewis College. Whether visiting Durango for skiing, summer Rocky Mountain adventures, attending a wedding, graduation at Fort Lewis College, riding the Durango Train or visiting Mesa Verde National Park, playing golf, hiking and mountain biking on local trails, this Durango townhome at Ferringway is a great place to stay!
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Nice Place to Stay

A very nice place to stay. Good location outside outside of downtown, but still close enough that nothing is more than about 10 minutes. The place was in good condition and worked great for our family.

Quiet and Close to Town

Unit was on the top floor so lots of stairs but that was expected per the description. The starter pack of cleaning products and toiletries was nice touch and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The complex was very quiet (in late June) and just a few miles from Main Street. We did not use the pool but it looked nice. I would stay here again.

Nice condo in Durango

This place was great for my family of 4. Nice home base as we explored the SW Colorado area. Beds, kitchen, baths all nice. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna after long days. We'll come back sometime soon!

This condo is in the perfect location to enjoy Durango. Just far enough away from downtown for quiet relaxation, but literally sheer minutes from all the action in town. Condo was clean and comfortable, had everything we needed. Lamp above dining table needs brighter bulbs...but that's the only thing that could use improving.
