Our 2 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom townhouse is the perfect location and style of home for your next visit to Denver! The updated interior welcomes you with an open concept floor plan which joins the kitchen, dining room, and living room when you enter the main living space. The spaces in this townhouse are amazing especially when it comes to the rooftop lounge space that includes a firepit and views of the Denver city skyline. Watch the lights of the city twinkle in the evening hours as you sip on cocktails and socialize.

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
