As you step outside, you'll be greeted by a spacious and well-maintained fenced yard, perfect for both kids and pets to play safely. The lush green lawn offers ample space for outdoor activities and ensures a refreshing environment throughout your stay. Inside the main home, you'll be delighted by the updated and fully-equipped kitchen. Prepare gourmet meals or whip up quick snacks using modern appliances and ample counter space. The kitchen's sleek design and contemporary decor create an inviting atmosphere, making it a joy to cook and entertain. A covered patio awaits in the fenced backyard, offering a cozy retreat where you can relax with a book, sip your morning coffee, or grill. Downtown Denver is just a 10-15 minute drive away, offering access to a vibrant array of shops, restaurants, and entertainment, including the Denver Art Museum and History Colorado Center. For outdoor enthusiasts, Red Rocks Park & Amphitheatre (30-minute drive) and Lookout Mountain (45-minute drive).

We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.

This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs. The pet fee is $40/day (with a $250 maximum per stay). Additional fees for extra dogs will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
There is a $300 penalty for not reporting that you are bringing a pet. *Note - The pet must stay in the upstairs unit.*

For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.

Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care.
