The Rim Village development offers private, quiet and beautifully landscaped adobe townhomes with walkable streetscape and amenities like the community pool (open April - October). You'll quickly understand why it's a highly desirable lodging location while visiting the Moab area!
The home has the perfect configuration for families and groups. Prepare meals together in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen and dine with ample seating inside or outside on the patio while enjoying the stunning views. The views throughout the home, especially from the patio, are outstanding! Relax and enjoy a cup of freshly ground local coffee (provided) or a cold beverage in the evening while taking in the breathtaking views of the Moab Rim and La Sal mountains. In cooler months, relax by the gas fireplace after a long day of adventure. The nearby community pool and hot tub (open seasonally) are also a great place to wind down and cool off after a day in the desert heat!

The unit offers a two-car garage, driveway, and plenty of curbside parking for trailers and extra vehicles. The home has central A/C and heat and a washer/dryer for your convenience. The reliable high-speed internet provides connection so you can efficiently work and study remotely when needed. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
