Our studio condo is located in the highly sought-after Boston Commons Complex. It is right in the Denver Tech Center (DTC) area! The complex has a shared outdoor pool, fitness center, grill, and plenty of outdoor spaces! Being within walking distance of shops and restaurants, you'll love being so centrally located to the lively activity of the city. Boston Commons is a condominium complex with a fun and unique history. Formerly a hotel, it has now converted to condos. Our condo has its private entry direct from outside (no shared indoor hallway). The complex has beautiful grounds with a large pool, mature landscaping, outdoor seating, grill areas, and a clubhouse.

Find a dedicated desk in the unit which is the perfect work space for those of you who are remote workers or students. Enjoy watching your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV by streaming on your applications like Netflix, Hulu, and more. The washer and dryer (coin-op) are around the corner from the unit. The cooking setup is a kitchenette with a European-sized cooktop, perfect for light cooking only.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
