Our 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo with 575 square feet is in the highly sought-after Boston Commons Complex. It is right in the Denver Tech Center (DTC) area! The complex has a shared outdoor pool, fitness center, grill, and plenty of outdoor spaces!

This is a first-floor unit with lots of natural light from the large sliding door and oversized kitchen window. The unit has been updated with luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, two-tone paint, window coverings, light grey cabinets, new counters, tile backsplash, and white appliances. There is bar seating at the kitchen which is perfect for working remotely! When you want to unwind and relax, watch your favorite shows or movies on one of the two Smart TVs in the bedroom or living room. The clothes washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience. The complex has beautiful grounds with a large pool, mature landscaping, outdoor seating, grill areas, and a clubhouse. Since this condo is located in the heart of DTC, it is walkable to the light rail, other public transportation, parks, and trails. There is easy access to shopping and dining along Arapahoe Road, throughout DTC; it's a very short drive to Centennial Airport.

-The fireplace in the unit is decorative and non-functional.
-Guests do not have access to the mailbox, a PO box is recommended. Amazon package/grocery delivery is permitted and comes to the door.
-Starter toiletries and supplies are included and may not last your entire stay.
-There is an additional $69 cleaning fee for stays over 15 days and an additional $169 cleaning fee for stays over 30 days.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
