Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom home with its large fenced yard and deck is perfect for indoor and outdoor comfort. Being just two minutes from the nearest hospital and less than twenty minutes to Downtown Denver, our home is in a great location!

Our place is ideally suited for small families or two couples seeking a quiet getaway. The main bathroom features a luxurious glass shower that adds a touch of elegance to your daily routine. The dual living areas provide ample space for relaxation and entertainment, ensuring that everyone in your group can find their perfect spot to unwind. The heart of this home is the well-appointed kitchen, complete with a kitchen island and breakfast bar seating. Whether you're a seasoned chef or love to whip up your favorite dishes, you'll find everything you need to create culinary delights in this fully-equipped kitchen.

Start your mornings with a cup of coffee on the welcoming front porch or the back deck lounging on the comfortable outdoor couches. The generous deck beckons in the backyard with its inviting outdoor dining area, perfect for savoring meals under the sun or stars. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
