In a prime location, our 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome is just minutes away from all the best that Lone Tree has to offer. Our place features a gorgeous kitchen and is only a few minutes from the Bluffs Regional Park. It's perfect for your dog(s)! Our place is situated in a highly desirable neighborhood. You'll be very close to the city's best restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options. You'll be able to get anywhere you need to go in no time since major highways are easily accessible from our townhouse.

Our place is a perfect blend of comfort and luxury for your stay. From its modern design to high-quality finishes, the townhouse will impress you with every one of its unique space. The kitchen is the true gem of the property with its high-end stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, and large counter space. Meal prepping for your adventures or week will be a breeze, and you'll want to host a lovely dinner for everyone staying with you in the home!

From the main bedroom, walk out onto the balcony. It's the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails. To future relax in the main suite, start a bubble bath in the soaking tub to unwind after a long day.

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
