Centrally located in the heart of the historic Baker neighborhood, this charming 3 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom, Victorian home is sure to accommodate! Old-world charm meets modern convenience with beautiful custom wood working, intricate detailing throughout, and a gorgeously updated kitchen. The renovated kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, Italian granite, and is fully stocked for your stay. Just two blocks from the shops and restaurants of South Broadway, walk to downtown, quick access to I-25.

The fully stocked kitchen has a coffee bar, gas range, microwave, toaster, fridge, cookware, and silverware. It is equipped with important amenities and supplies for cooking to be a breeze! The formal living room area still has the original fireplace which shows off the Victorian charm of the home. In the same space, the floor-to-ceiling wooden, built-in shelving warms up the space. It is the perfect place to curl up with a book and relax. The additional living room has a pull-out sofa. In the same room, you'll find a smart TV to stream your favorite movies and shows!

On the second floor, you will find all the bedrooms, the two full bathrooms, and a private office with basic supplies. The office is the perfect space to catch up on work or study. There is a clothes washer and dryer on the main floor for you to always have clean and fresh clothes during your stay.

The fenced backyard is perfect for your dog(s) to run around and play! If you want to join them outside, take a seat around the firepit. You will find the backyard to be an outdoor oasis with comfortable seating around the fire pit and a porch swing.

2nd Bedroom - Two Twin Beds (2nd Level)
3rd Bedroom - Queen Bed (2nd Level)
Living Room - Pull-Out Sofa (Double)

Guests will have access to the entire house except the basement.

This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
