Our 1,500 sq. foot, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome is located 12 miles (15 minutes) north of historic downtown Durango and 13 miles (15 minutes) south of Purgatory Ski area. This best-of-both worlds location offers privacy with excellent proximity to the area’s premier amenities and spectacular views of the Animas valley and the red cliffs that are so iconic to the reasons many are drawn to Durango. Dalton Ranch Golf Course and Trimble Hot Springs are 4 miles from the residence, and there are close-by restaurants, two nearby golf courses, and one of the area’s best grocery stores.

The residence backs up to National Forest Land and the historic Durango & Silverton tourist train runs adjacent to the property. There is a patio off the main living space with seating and a BBQ Grill. You can expect all of the usual amenities such as fast WIFI, Washer/Dryer, fully stocked kitchen and linens/towels. There is a also a small garage that can be use for storing gear etc. (too small for a vehicle). There are AC Units in each of the bedrooms.

Bed Configuration:
Main bedroom - Queen with TV and Ensuite Bath(2nd Floor)
2nd bedroom - 2 Queens (3rd Floor)
3rd bedroom - Queen and Twin Bed (2nd Floor)

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
