Enjoy a few days or a week staying in our newly remodeled 2 bedroom-1 bath, right in the heart of Ouray! The home features a spacious primary bedroom with a Queen bed and its own access to the condo's balcony, where you can soak up all of the amazing views that surround you! The adorable guest bedroom with 2 twin beds will provide comfort for kiddos and adults alike. Cooking will be a breeze in the well-stocked, beautifully remodeled kitchen, featuring granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Enjoy an evening in, lounging on the comfortable sofa while watching your favorite shows, or make it a game night at the cozy dining table!

You'll be steps away from some of Ouray's most popular activities! Take a stroll in Ouray's quaint downtown, where you'll find a variety of shops and restaurants or take a scenic hike our any of Ouray's popular trails. Walk down to the beautiful Box Canyon Falls, where you'll find a roaring waterfall or the Ice Park in the winter! Rent a Jeep or take a popular Jeep tour from a local! In the summer the wildflowers and waterfalls will be a sight to see!
The home is dog friendly (2 dogs max), and the pet fee is $40/day (Max $250).
Street parking is available for guests on 5th Avenue, facing the complex. This home does not have a washer and dryer, but there are coin washers and dryers within the complex.

In the spring, summer, and fall months visitors enjoy exploring, riding ATVs, hiking, biking, rock climbing, horseback riding excursions, and fishing. You'll love the summer music series in Ouray's Fellin Park! In the winter months bring your snowshoes, ice climbing gear, or Nordic skis and enjoy downhill skiing in Telluride, a scenic 60-minute drive from Ouray! Ice climbing at the world-famous Ouray Ice Park boasts more than 150 named ice and mixed climbs, spanning almost 2 miles of the Uncompahgre Gorge. After a day of adventure enjoy a variety of great local restaurants, breweries, distilleries, live entertainment venues, and the ever-popular Ouray Hot Springs. Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Adventure motorcycling in the Ouray /Telluride area

This place was perfect. We had a late addition and for a small fee ($25.00 daily) we ended up with 5. With 1 on the couch we had plenty of room. The condo was very clean and in great condition. It’s right in town,a short walk to bars, restaurants and shops. Small well stocked kitchen was vey handy. Beds and couch were comfy.

Amazing location

Loved the views and how close the condo was to Main Street, walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants. Loved the mini kitchen, comfy couch and beds as well as the fireplace. Rental company reached out asking if we needed anything. Had a minor issue with cleaning and rental company was quick to work with me. Thank you! Would love to stay here again in the future!

Quaint, Clean, and right in the Heart of Ouray
I was in Ouray for work. This place was in the perfect location; walkable to anything downtown. The restaurants, coffee shops, and little stores were all easy to get to. The unit was very neat and clean, which is a big win for any rental!

The location was a few blocks from the downtown area of Ouray- perfect walking distance to all restaurants and shopping. We were also able to take advantage of the area by walking streets along the river and into Box Canyon. The condo was clean and well maintained. Great stay and you will not be disappointed with the location.

The condo was clean and spacious and is in a great location. It is a short walk to town were all the restaurants and shops are. It is also walking distance from the Box Canon Trail and the river. We love doing
our morning walk to the river with our coffee in hand. The view of the mountains from the living area is great! We will stay again!

Close & Cozy

This space was perfect for a quiet getaway to Ouray. It was one black off the main road, so close enough to be anywhere in a minute. It was well lit and had all the comforts of home. We enjoyed relaxing after a day on the Jeep trails in the area.
