Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single family home is located just 1 mile from the heart of downtown Coeur d' Alene. This charming and inviting home has a loft bonus and TV room for additional comfort and a private, fenced in backyard with fire pit. Bike or walk to downtown CDA for some boutique shopping, live music or enjoy choosing from many amazing restaurants, lounges or coffee shops.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted with vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan that seamlessly connects the living spaces, creating a welcoming and spacious atmosphere for friends and family to gather. The home is designed with the main living area furnished with tv and fireplace that is open to the kitchen for entertaining. Two of the three bedrooms are located on the main floor, sharing a full bath, both furnished with queen beds. You'll discover an upstairs loft, perfect for unwinding after a long day and enjoying your favorite shows or movies in a comfortable setting. In addition to this TV family room upstairs is the large master bedroom, king bed with its own ensuite bathroom, dual sinks and a soaker tub. Step outside where you can spend your evenings BBQing or gathered around the inviting gas firepit table in the privacy of the fenced yard.

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
