Our 2,500 square foot, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom log home sits on 2.50 acres and features incredible views in every direction. It is only 4 miles from downtown Ouray, 6 miles to downtown Ridgway and 55 miles from the town of Telluride.
Enjoy the breathtaking landscape and stunning views of the surrounding peaks from this beautiful property. Our farmhouse-style home provides access to everything Ouray/Ridgway has to offer. It's the perfect location for your San Juan Mountain adventures! Enjoy sunrises, sunsets, and breath-taking, elevated views from the fabulous upper deck off the master bedroom.
Our home features a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, a gas fireplace, and large flat-screen TV in the living room, a gas grill and a deck, and plenty of outdoor space to relax and enjoy. This warm and inviting home is the perfect all-season getaway for families and friends alike.
Bed Configuration:
Ensuite Primary Bedroom - King Bed - Second Floor
Second Bedroom - Queen Bed - Second Floor
Third Bedroom - Queen - First Floor
Office area - Futon - First Floor
Guests are welcome to park up to three regular sized vehicles in the driveway, please don't park in front of the garages; there is a groundskeeper that lives in an apartment on the west end of the garage. He takes care of the lawn and snow removal only.
The home is dog friendly (2 dogs max), and the pet fee is $40/day (Max $250).
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Great place to stay!
We had a wonderful stay here! This home is in the perfect location between Ouray and Ridgway. Just a short drive to either town. The home itself was beautiful and very clean. We traveled with a little one that loves to be outside and the fenced back yard was perfect! The communication with the rental agents was top tier! Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay.

The home was very clean, well equipped with amenities in both the kitchen and bathrooms. The location was secluded but so close to everything we wanted to do. Restaurants were great and I love that so many of them are pet friendly. I will definitely try to book this home again when back in the area.

Secluded Ouray Cabin
Great vacation property. Clean enough room for everyone. Property manager lives next door so was available to answer any questions. Location was perfect to all activities in any direction. Would definitely rent again.

We all had an amazing time ! The bath tub was all of our highlights hahahaha all of us took turns taking a bath ! Kitchen , dinning room, bedrooms back yard all of it was such a great get away from home. Also we were able to wash all our clothes before heading back home ��

Great place to stay for travelers pulling a jeep!

Comfortable home, large dining room table for conversation, nice living room, and lots of space to spread out if needed. Comfortable beds . Kitchen well stocked for cooking meals.This worked well for parking 2 trailers with jeeps and a great place to relax after exploring trails.

Great Location!

Nice house. Clean. Quiet. Spacious. 5 min from Ouray. Fenced in yard for pets. Communication from ownership was great. There is a caretaker that stays next door (garage) who we met when we arrived and didn’t see the remainder of our stay. He was really nice! I have no issue highly recommending this location.

Hiking Trip
Had a wonderful time at this rental. It is in a quiet neighborhood that is close to Ouray and Telluride. Home is very nicely stocked for cooking.

Winter Stay
Very nice quiet stay. Great location between services of Ouray and Ridgeway. Well aquipped with everything need for our 4 day stay. Back yard fully fenced except no gate to stop escape of the dog from the yard through the front deck stairs.

Outstanding vacation experience

This was a fabulous house and area. Close to Ouray and Ridgeway. Very spacious and comfortable home!! Outstanding service from Vacation Rental Collective. Emma was great, even helping with travel getting to the property during a snow storm. Also when we had a problem with the microwave, they offered to bring us a microwave to use till they could get the one in the house working!!! I would highly recommend this house and management company!!!
