Our cozy 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom cottage is ideally located within walking distance to downtown Coeur d'Alene. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, our home is ideal for guests traveling to CDA for business or leisure and looking to experience an authentic local experience. We are located within a mile of Tubbs Hill, a popular hiking and recreational area, Sherman Avenue, which is home to many local shops, galleries and one-of-a-kind restaurants, McEuen Park, City Park, CDA Resort, and the lake!

Our home features an electric fireplace in the main living room, stainless steel appliances, and a great outdoor space equipped with an outdoor dining area. Guests also have access to the garage for storing bikes and skis.

Bed Configuration:

Master Bedroom - Queen Bed
2nd Bedroom - Twin Beds

We also have 4 bikes for guest to use as they explore town.

Our calendar is updated in real-time, and our nightly rates are accurately displayed.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). Inquire about further discounts for monthly rentals.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Charming Home! Excellent Stay!

I enjoyed a wonderfully comfortable stay at this charming home. I was able to maintain high productivity thanks to the excellent Wi-Fi connection, enjoyed restful nights due to the peaceful neighborhood and the incredibly comfortable bed, and had convenient access to all that CDA has to offer. The modernized kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped. It was all I needed! I wholeheartedly recommend this home!

Very nice!

As listed, it's a small house, but it has been kept up well and renovated. Very clean, very comfortable bed, quiet neighborhood. Easy to walk or bike to downtown. Gloryann was very responsive and helpful.
