Our two bedroom, two bathroom home is the perfect vacation rental for your next trip to Colorado! Our home features a private sauna, front and back patios, a fenced yard for your pets, and hammock chairs for you to enjoy every moment of your stay.

Our home presents the perfect balance of indoor and outdoor living, making it an ideal retreat for those seeking both tranquility and accessibility. Inside, our home has a private sauna to rejuvenate your body and a dedicated desk and chair for you to catch up on any emails or projects. The interior space is also beautifully updated and decorated for you to feel at home. Imagine sitting in front of the fireplace in the living room watching your favorite show on the smart TV or playing your tunes on the sound system after a long steam in the sauna.

Bed Configuration:
Main Bedroom - King Bed
2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed
Additional Sleeping: Pull-Out Futon

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
