This home is all about its exceptional location. This condo (Unit 3C) is in the heart of Durango's tourist district. Walk to all downtown area restaurants, shops and entertainment. Six restaurants alone on the building's block. Immediately next to East by Southwest restaurant, one of Durango's best, and one block from Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad Depot and Durango's downtown movie theater. Next to the Animas City Theater, and Amaya spa directly across the street.
Our newly furnished condo features granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, TV's in all of the bedrooms equipped and internet streaming service. The building has electronic security and elevator access to all levels with secure, fully-enclosed underground parking garage (height is 7'6") with a one dedicated parking spaces.
Bed Configuration:
Master - King with TV and Ensuite Bath (main level)
2nd Bedroom - Queen (New 40" mounted TV) (main level)
3rd Bedroom - Bunk Bed (Double over Double) (TV) (main level)
Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units in the Mears Building, are NOT pet friendly.
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Girls’ weekend in Durango.

My 3 girlfriends and I had a wonderful time for a long weekend in Durango. We have always stayed closer to or in the Purgatory Ski Village. This time we decided to stay in town and couldn’t have been happier with our choice of rentals. The condo was right downtown within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and bars. We loved the condo. Comfortably slept all 4 of us. Had 2 bathrooms which is a necessity. And the kitchen provided all of our needs. We also appreciated the garage parking. Also, the living room furniture was comfy and spacious as we love to watch movies together after skiing or snowshoeing. Also-having a washer and drier was great.

Excellet - great downtown location

Love this condo! It is clean, well furnished, and centrally located in the heart of downtown. The beds are super comfortable. We also appreciate the secure, inside parking and elevator. VRC is very responsive. We had a difficult time locking the door to the unit - they were available and most helpful. We have stayed in this condo twice and would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend!!

I loved your place. We had a wonderful time. The unit was super clean and had everything we needed. The only complaint is the air conditioner would not get cool. It worked the 1st night and then didn't the next two nights. We opened the window and it was better

Perfect Location all the Amenities
This is the second time we've stayed in this rental. We love the location, parking and ability to walk to main street just a block away. The premise is clean and well maintained. Only comment is the second bath could have softer towels like the master. The kitchen has everything you need if you decide to cook a meal in! The building is secure (not that that's an issue in Durango), so it was great for my girl's week with my daughters. Love listening to the train whistle as the train station is just a couple of blocks away.

Great Spot Close to Downtown

Mears House Unit 3C is a perfect spot! It is located within walking distance to downtown. It is half a block off a busy street, but it is very quiet. The unit is well equipped and has every kitchen amenity needed to prepare a full meal. The beds are wonderfully comfortable. We appreciated the levels of security including the secure parking garage and elevator access to the 3rd floor. The Vacation Rental Collective team was extremely helpful - even reaching out prior to arrival to make sure we had all the information we needed. We will definitely stay here again!!

Prime Location
Super great location with convenient access to downtown Durango! Clean, well maintained and everything you need kitchen wise. The indoor parking was also super convenient and secure. I would definitely stay here again.

Great condo right downtown Durango. You can walk anywhere plus the underground garage is a nice feature.

Just what we were looking for
We had a great stay at Mears 3C. It was very clean, comfortable, roomy, and a perfect location to downtown Durango shops, restaurants and the train station. The riverwalk was a plus too. Our only obstacle was the elevator was a little tricky to operate. All in all, it was a great stay!

Had such a great time staying here! Plenty of beds for people to stay, PERFECT location right downtown Durango and near restaurants etc, great view from patios. Comfy beds, nice items in kitchen etc. Very clean and fast response time. Highly recommend and thanks for a great trip to Durango! We'll be back!

It was such a beautiful stay in Durango staying at the condo! The place was very clean, in an amazing spot of town, and walking distance to all of the best parts that Durango has to offer! Great food nearby, the beds were very comfortable, and ample amounts of space for us �� Our hosts were always on top of things whenever we needed any help or advice on where to eat. When we come back to Durango we will definitely be staying here again, no doubt!!

The perfect way to explore Durango

The property came exactly as described. It's located in the heart of Durango, walking distance from everything you could want: restaurants, walking trails, and the energy of the city (without the noise). From every window in the condo there are beautiful mountain views and lots of natural light. What we enjoyed so much was our ability to adventure the surrounding areas during the day, such as Purgatory, yet come home, park the car, and enjoy the rest of the evening by walking. All in all, 10/10. Can't wait to enjoy another family trip in Durango.
