Our stunning newly built 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom townhouse offers breathtaking views of the majestic mountains and a perfect escape for anyone seeking a peaceful and adventurous getaway. Entering our home, the modern décor and luxurious furnishings that make our house a true gem will leave you in awe. From the 16-foot vaulted ceilings to the two 2nd story decks, the beauty of the surrounding landscape and natural light seeping into the living room will welcome you when you stay here.

The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream come true, complete with top-of-the-line appliances, a large kitchen island with ample seating, and stunning finishes that will make you want to cook every meal. The property features two decks to relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air while enjoying the spectacular views. You'll also find an outdoor grill, perfect for hosting a cookout with family and friends. The living room features comfortable seating and a large smart TV above a beautiful fireplace, providing the ideal spot to unwind after a long day of exploring the great outdoors. Each bedroom also features a smart TV, allowing you to stay connected and entertained during your stay.

Bed Configuration:
Main Bedroom - King Bed with TV and access to 2nd deck (2nd Floor)
2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed with TV (1st Floor)
3rd Bedroom - Two Twins with TV (1st Floor)

Our home is conveniently located walking distance to downtown Ridgway and close to Ouray for ice climbing, visiting Box Canyon, or soaking in any of the many local hot springs. It is the perfect base camp for your next outdoor adventure. You'll be located in a mecca for outdoor recreation, with endless options for hiking, biking, fishing, and more.

Garage Parking is available for 2 vehicles. Additional spaces are available in front of the complex.

The home is dog friendly (2 dogs max), and the pet fee is $40/day (Max $250).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Loved our stay!

This brand new townhouse in Ridgeway was perfect! The views were amazing and the location was close to restaurants. There is a walking trail steps away that goes all the way to Ridgeway reservoir. The owners thought of everything from top of the line appliances to beautiful decor. The kitchen had everything we could ever need. The garage was a bonus! Thank you, we will be back!

Great Condo

The condo is brand new. It is the cleanest and most well stocked vacation rental I ever stayed in. The location is great, the view from the deck is great. Communication from property management is great. 100% recommend staying in this condo visiting Ouray area.

Desert to Mountain Getaway

This place is exactly what they say it is! Brand new townhouse in a quiet setting in Ridgeway. Gorgeous views from back deck. Beautiful sunrises if you're an early morning person! Super clean, cozy and comfortable. Customer service was spot on. Communication was accurate and just enough. The mountains around Ridgway stole the show! We hiked as many mountains as we could in the 4 days we were there. Steams, waterfalls, canyons, and of course snowy mountain tops! It is truly beautiful! Just 10 miles from Ouray, you'll have the best of both worlds, peace and quiet in Ridgway and high energy tourism in Ouray. I recommend a trip to Ridgeway and if there is availability at this condo, book it!
