Located in the coveted East side neighborhood of Acequia Madre, our authentic pueblo adobe home with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and one-half bath will allow you to comfortably live in the Santa Fe art scene during your stay.

From the backyard garden oasis to the stunning interior design of our luxury adobe home, you will find your stay comfortable, luxurious, and relaxing with us. The antique doors, wooden beams, viga and latilla ceilings, kiva fireplaces, and earthen plaster walls of our home define the true Santa Fe architectural style. Marble busts, Persian carpets, ormolu mirrors, African masks, Egyptian sculptures, and Portuguese leather screens from the 16th, 17th, and 18th Centuries fill the home. Unique pieces from world-class Indigenous artists complement the décor. Our home is private, hidden behind a gate, with a charming walled garden with an outdoor living and dining space, a fireplace, and many flowers. The connected Portal (covered patio) gives you seamless indoor and outdoor living and dining comfort. Fixtures include a Viking Range and wine fridge, SubZero refrigerator, Waterworks bath fixtures, a soaking tub in the master bedroom, and three fireplaces. The second living space is a stunning media room with a 60" OLED TV and Sonos surround sound system. Don’t worry about the hot summers or cold winters in our home since there is a full HVAC system with central air and heat for your comfort. Come stay in the best that Santa Fe has to offer!

You will be located in the center of Santa Fe’s art scene and events while also being able to escape into nature if you stay at our home. The Santa Fe River is right across the street, with beautiful, tree-lined walks to the east and west. In less than a block, you are in the wilds of hiking trails. Monsignor Patrick Smith Park--a lush expanse of grass for picnics or letting your dogs play--is right across the street. Our home is within walking distance of Canyon Road and a 20-minute walk or 7-minute bike ride to The Plaza. You'll be close to everything Santa Fe has to offer!

There is parking for 2-3 cars, including a connected garage.

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

Book at least a week for a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years) to your stay. Inquire about further discounts for monthly rentals.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
