Enjoy three sun-drenched living rooms-one features a billiards table, wet bar, and a large flat-screen TV; another serves as a Great Room with a fireplace. Suite-style bedrooms offer ample privacy. Find plenty of space to lounge and grill on the wraparound deck. The heated, year-round pool and clubhouse (shared amenities) are close by, and the door to door Ski Shuttle to Arrowhead Ski Lift and more shuttles available to Beaver Creek and Vail. Living Space:
Modern mountain lodge setting in the Great Room, where a gas fireplace standing center stage. Settle in and watch a movie on the 65” TV. A formal living room with high ceilings, picture windows, and comfy furniture is the perfect place to enjoy family and friends. Find a billiards table in the third living room, complete with a 55” TV and a comfy sectional, with a wet bar.

The kitchen area includes a side-by-side fridge and gas range with beautiful glossy granite countertops Enjoy morning coffee at the four-person kitchen island; a breakfast nook seats six beneath a beautiful chandelier. Gather for festive vacation meals in the elegant dining room, offering seating for eight.

This three-story home sleeps up to 14 guests in six bedrooms.

Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we are following CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bedsheets,etc. are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
