Our quaint studio is an easy walk to restaurants, shops, galleries, and the award-winning Creede Repertory Theater in downtown Creede. Our studio is an eclectic mix of old and new, giving it a rustic, modern vibe. Our studio is located at the south end of town with access to multi-purpose trails and Bachelor Loop. Our studio is bright and spacious and is equipped with a kitchenette, including a mini-fridge, hot plate, and toaster.

Studio - Queen Bed
This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs, and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max of $250 per stay).
There is not a washer and dryer.

Whether hiking, fishing, biking, catching a play at the Creede Repertory Theatre, or skiing at Wolf Creek Ski Area, the Creede Collection has your perfect private lodging accommodations.
Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
Book 7+ nights, and a 10% discount is automatically applied (does not apply during Christmas/New Year's and 4th of July holidays).
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

I stayed here for elk hunting, and found it to be perfect. Great proximity to downtown, and everything in town was very easily accessible. It was quiet, and in good repair, I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again!

Great Studio Right Downtown.
Very nice studio apartment right downtown within walking distance to everything in Creede. The home was very well stocked and very clean. We would stay here again.

2023 Creede Unit 76 Getaway

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The studio is much larger than the pictures make it seem. Plenty of storage and drawer space for our 2 week trip. It is tastefully furnished with hidden spaces and eclectic vintage decor. I worked remotely during our trip while my husband filled his elk tag with Long Ridge Outfitters. And the wifi connectivity was perfect. Reliable, I had no issues. The property is clean, safe and in the ideal location to town. You can walk/hike everywhere! The rental has an adorable outdoor space where we grilled and sat by the gas firepit. There is a wood chiminea but we didn’t use it. We had daily visits from the local mule deer, fox & rabbits. Amanda is extremely responsive and easy to work with. Tom & Erica are gracious & accommodating hosts. We even had special visits from their chocolate lab Earl 🙂 I fell in love with Creede all over again! I’m thrilled with our decision to stay here and would not hesitate to recommend this unit. I can’t wait to go back!!!

Wonderful experience all around!

I rented this place for my mom, and it was better than we imagined it would be. The parking area and grounds are lovely. We had a little hiccup finding the correct door, and Amanda was so kind and accommodating when I called to ask. The rental is even more spacious than pictures show, and my mom adored all the little decor details and repurposed antique elements. The price is also extremely fair for this area! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
