Our 3,000 square foot, 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath, home is situated in the heart of the Denver Metro Area. Our home provides easy access to all the Denver metro area has to offer. Only 15 minutes from Barr Lake State Park and 19 miles from downtown Denver.

Our home offers a luxurious yet relaxing space with a movie theater, air hockey table and foosball that is perfect for families or multiple groups of friends to enjoy.

Outdoors, you and your dogs will enjoy the spacious backyard as you cozy up around the gas fire pit.

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

Great Location

Plenty of room for everyone. The theater room was awesome to watch sports and movies. Would stay again.

Great Stay for a larger group plus pets and a baby

We had a great 4-night stay. We had 2 dogs and a baby traveling with 9 adults. There was always plenty of room for everyone. The backyard was great for enjoying sunny afternoons and fenced in for letting our dogs play. There is a flat walking path with beautiful views just down the road if hiking a mountain is not your speed. It was an easy 30 minute drive to Mile High Stadium for tailgating ahead of the Broncos game. We had a great stay!

The best family house - hands down

This was a very well appointed home with lots of space for family to spread out and have privacy during a vacation. If you need access to the north or east side of Denver metro area for a large family, this roomy place has all the space you need.

Great stay for a week of training

We rented the Mockingbird house for a week of fire department training nearby. It was clean and comfortable for 4 people, each with their own bedroom and plenty of bathrooms.
