Welcome to your Riverside Retreat! This stunningly remodeled townhome has touches of hotel luxury and mountain modern style. Our two-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home will be perfect for your Ouray getaway! Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck overlooking the Uncompahgre River and the gorgeous mountainside. You'll be steps away from the famous Ouray Hot Springs Pool and just a few minutes from shopping and restaurants in Ouray's quaint downtown.
Additionally, the trailhead to the Uncompaghre is out the door! The home also features a gorgeous spa-like bathroom, a cozy pellet stove, and a modern kitchen with everything you'll need to make a fabulous meal. Come experience the luxury for yourself!

Sleeper Sofa - Main Living Space.
The townhome features a large TV in the living room with TVs in each bedroom for your enjoyment. We offer Hulu programming and local news and sports channels, including music streaming. You can access your Netflix and Amazon Prime programming by logging in to your account.
Guest have access to the one-car attached garage. There is additional guest parking in the center of the complex, first come, first served.
The Uncompaghre River Trail is steps away, offering a 2-mile easy hike with workout stations; a great place to acclimate to the mountains!
The home is pet friendly (2 pet max), and the pet fee is $40/day (Max $250).
There is parking for one car in the garage and one in the parking lot. There are 2 sets of stairs in this unit with 3 floors, the entry level, the main living space, and the upper level with the bedrooms.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of making the booking. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

Great cozy place
This townhome is located next to the city's springs and is also on the river, which was a must for us. Cozy and comfortable for the three of us. Like other places in the mountains, it does not have A/C so it can take a little while to cool off during the hottest times of summer.

Great Location

Great location, great town, great view, great rental, great value. This nice 2 bedroom rental is great. The back porch overlooks a roaring river that I could listen to for hours. Know that the 2 bedrooms are right next to each other and share a wall so couples with kids will not have a sound barrier. You can easily walk into town for food. I will likely return to this exact same rental on my next trip to Ouray. I also love having a garage for your vehicle.

Perfect for a couple

Great location for us. Close to our favorite trail, Perimeter. Next to Ouray Hot Springs. Glad the nearby park was dog friendly and the only place where there was grass.

SUPER nice place and great location

The place was immaculate, as other reviewers have said. The remodel was done extremely well too. Sitting out on the back deck next to the rushing waters with my coffee was really peaceful. The proximity to the hot springs was great, and we were walking distance to downtown restaurants. The bedrooms were very comfortable, and the views were spectacular. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the garage was very nice to have.

Amazing Stay

This home is perfectly situated and very well appointed. The fact that it allows our furry friend to vacation with us is a huge plus.
As soon as you walk in and open the sliding door to the patio and you hear the sound of the rushing water of the river below, you know that vacation has started.

Best Family Vacation
Loved the town and our River Park Townhome. The river was outside our back door --- best feature --- with access to the Uncompahgre River Walk thru a gate next door. Also, we were next to the Hot Springs and across the street from the Perimeter Trail. Town was just a few blocks away. Walking distance to everything. Definitely will stay here again.

Clean & Comfy Next to River
We loved staying in this beautiful and meticulously clean townhome on the bank of the Uncomphagre River. It's a modern yet comfy take on a mountain retreat and was perfect for a romatic getaway. The home is full of amenities and you'll have all the equipment you need to cook and play. We loved having a garage and the lovely deck out back.
Of note: the bedrooms are on the 3rd floor requiring 4 flights of steep stairs...keep in mind if this is a problem for you. There is no A/C, but keeping the windows open at night kept us cool enough.

comfortable condo, overlooking the river. next to trail along river. private garage a big plus. near the Hot Springs. Monica with the rental company was excellent - easy to reach, polite, helpful. The condo is on three floors, so not for anyone who has difficulty with stairs; otherwise highly recommended.
