Our home is situated on the banks of the gold medal waters of the Rio Grande River, offering beautiful views and soothing sounds of the river. Our property boasts a riverfront deck, providing a perfect spot to savor your morning coffee or enjoy appetizers and cocktails while taking in the stunning views and refreshing breeze. Enjoy a luxurious soak in the private hot tub while taking in the scenic surroundings of the river, mountain views and nature. Located 30 minutes from both Wolf Creek Ski Area and Creede it is the perfect location to explore the surrounding areas.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, you will need to pay in full at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
