Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Santa Fe sweet home

Great location and comfortable
Great, comfortable stay. Relaxing, especially with the lovely patio. Electricity went out from a storm the first night, and management company was very prompt in keeping us informed. Followed up next day to make sure everything was in working order.

Great location and nice condo
Within walking distance of the plaza and everything else in downtown Santa Fe. Covered parking space included which was great. Perfect for the 4 of us that stayed there.

Beautiful Adobe Home

My family of 5 stayed in unit C for 5 nights. Nice 2-bedroom 2 bath house. I was surprised that it didn't have central AC but the swamp cooler worked good when you leave the bedroom doors open at night. It had a nice patio also! While the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes etc. it doesn't have a can opener. We had to go to Walmart and buy a can opener. Very quiet neighborhood which made good sleeping at night. Would most definitely stay there again!

Wonderful home base in the heart of Old Town Santa Fe

We always try to stay at vacation rentals rather than hotels, and this property was one of the best. The layout and accommodations were exceptional and really exuded the Santa Fe vibe. It was quiet, well decorated, the kitchen was nicely stocked, and (most importantly) close to many great dining venues and the Santa Fe art scene. Moreover, it was a great home base to go to the Sante Fe National Forest and Taos for outdoor adventures, as well as the annual Balloon Fiesta in Albuquerque! We will definitely book our stay here during our next trip to Sante Fe!
