Our 3,400 square foot, 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home on the banks of Cutler Creek features incredible views in every direction. Its amenities, including a large deck with a gas grill and firepit, make for the perfect San Juan mountain getaway!

The home offers a well-appointed and fully stocked kitchen with gas range, a spacious main living space with a large flat screen smart TV fully equipped with America's Top 120 DISH TV channels. With two dedicated eating spaces and four private bedrooms this home is perfect for multiple families or groups of friends looking to experience all the San Juan mountains have to offer. The outdoor space is equally as desirable as the indoor space. Sitting on the banks of Cutler Creek, this home offers peace and serenity, with unmatched 360 views of the surrounding landscapes. We offer a large laundry room on the first floor for guest use and two car garage for parking with two outdoor parking areas as well.

Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we are following CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bedsheets,etc. are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
