You visit Vail for the views and outdoor adventures, and this condo is the perfect spot for you and your group to make basecamp. You'll enjoy a fully remodeled space that has the newest appliances and features including heated floors in the bathrooms. Spend your time in the living room watching a game or show on the smart TV that is equipped with cable. When you want a breathe of fresh air, just step out on the back deck to enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains. If you're a master of the grill, you can even cook a delicious meal for the whole group on that same deck while you take in the sunset after a long day of skiing, hiking, biking, or shopping.

The condo is located at the base of National Forest access and Piney Lake Road. You can walk 5 minutes to the North Trail trailhead. To access the slopes, you'll just walk to the Town of Vail bus stop that is only three minutes away from the condo front door. From there, you will ride the bus seven minutes to the Village where you can then walk to Lionshead.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
