Our 3-bed, 2-bath riverfront townhome is a true oasis with a large deck towering over the Uncompahgre River plus a front deck with comfortable seating to enjoy the stunning mountain views. There is also a propane grill provided! The location is ideal - you can walk to Ouray Hot Springs, or downtown Ouray with great entertainment, shopping, and restaurants!

The modern furnishings and eye-catching art throughout the interior will elevate your Ouray experience. You'll love curling up by the fireplace, offering a cozy space to return after cross-country skiing or exploring the miles of river trail just right outside the townhome's door! The well-equipped, spacious kitchen, breakfast bar, and living room are part of the townhome's open floor plan, which makes for a bright and inviting atmosphere throughout the home. You can grill, dine, and relax in one of the most exquisite places in town!

The two (2) huge decks offer outdoor sanctuaries to enjoy the sounds of the river below and witness the breathtaking beauty of the surrounding 13,000-foot peaks of the San Juan Mountain range that tower around Ouray, our "Switzerland of America" due to the dramatic cliffs and jutting peaks all around. Imagine enjoying your morning coffee or favorite book while taking in all the wonder Ouray has to offer!

Each of the three (3) bedrooms are located on the tranquil riverside, with the main bedroom having deck access. All are outfitted with the most luxurious bedding for a great night's sleep, and Smart TVs to enjoy your favorite show. You won't want to leave after spending just one night at our stunning Ouray Riverfront Oasis!

-Parking for up to three (3) cars, with two (2) parking spots and access to the one (1) car garage. There is no trailer parking onsite.

You'll love the summer music series in Ouray's Fellin Park or climbing at Ouray's world-famous Ice Park! After your adventures enjoy a variety of great local restaurants, breweries, distilleries, live entertainment, and the Ouray Hot Springs Pool!

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
