Our one-bedroom condo (#216) features a loft, full kitchen, one full bath, and in-unit clothes washer and dryer. It is conveniently located adjacent to all of the resort amenities including a heated pool, hot tub, sauna, playground, and fitness center. Wi-Fi speeds are appx 50 mbps. Our guests can play the Valley Course at Glacier Club at a discounted rate of $160 per round for 18 holes with a cart.

Come and enjoy your Colorado mountain vacation in this updated loft condo. Comfortable sleeping arrangements for 4 - include a King bed in the loft and a sleeper sofa in the main level living area. The updated full kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave, crockpot, blender, and coffee pot. There is also a washer/dryer inside the condo, as well as a desk and chair in the loft.

Bed Configuration:
Loft Bedroom - King Bed with TV (2nd Floor)
Living Area - Sleeper Sofa (Main Floor)

ON-SITE AMENITIES INCLUDE: indoor pool, outdoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, steam shower, fitness center, golf, tennis, playground, restaurant & bar, event center. There is an EV Charging Station available for guest use in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot, adjacent to the Tamarron Lodge.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units at Tamarron DO NOT allow pets.

4WD is recommended in Winter (Dec-Mar).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer
travel insurance.

Great Stay

The location was perfect for our needs. The Loft was comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The Lodge had great amenities. We would stay here again!

First Time Visitor

This was so amazing. It is what we want and expect when we go on vacation to get away. The property was in the most gorgeous setting and felt remote but close to Durango if needed. Staff was amazing and amenities top notch. It was extremely quiet. The fitness facility was amazing. We loved having the bar and grill on premise and wish the newest restaurant would have been ready. It will be a great addition. Very safe and we would definitely recommend to try this place, you will not be disappointed.

Great location with all the amenities!

This Condo is conveniently located between Durango and the Purgatory Ski Resort. Tamarron has numerous amenities that are well maintained. The Condo was very clean, well furnished and the kitchen was fully stocked, very comfortable! We enjoyed the steam train to Silverton, amazing views, walking along the Animas River, visiting the breweries, the Strater Hotel and the shopping. We look forward to returning soon to take advantage of the rafting and fly fishing!

Weekend Getaway

Wonderful weekend in Durango Area. The unit was updated, clean, and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. The property included unexpected luxuries. There is an onsite (and amazing) vegan restaurant, along with a fully appointed health and fitness center. The sauna and hot tub were perfect after a long day on the slopes! Combining a comfortable room, upscale property, and great location (between Durango and Purgatory Ski Resort) made this weekend getaway a real winner.
