Includes an oasis-like courtyard, hot tub, grill, and bikes. Nestled within a 116-year-old Victorian house, this newly remodeled basement apartment combines modern comfort with historic allure.

As you enter this private sanctuary, you're greeted by a meticulously designed space boasting a bedroom adorned with a stunning exposed brick wall and a king-sized bed. Natural light floods through the windows in every room, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. The living room features a generously sized egress window, perfect for basking in the sunlight, and a fold-out couch that comfortably accommodates extra guests. The space is ideal for two or a small family. Entertainment is at your fingertips with a 32" flatscreen Smart TV offering access to Amazon Prime, Netflix, and more. High-speed WiFi ensures you stay connected during your stay.

There is special attention to detail throughout this apartment with its thoughtful amenities, and the lighting is carefully worked out. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, including a kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee capsule machine. Your comfort is our priority, so a private washer and dryer are in the unit.

You also have access to a shared beautiful courtyard with dining furniture, an umbrella, a BBQ grill, and a pair of sporty cruiser bikes to explore the neighborhood!

The exterior back door is shared, and the basement has its private entrance, as does the owner on the main level. It is a private and separate basement unit, and the owner lives upstairs. Only the back door is shared.

There is no smoking inside or outside, including the courtyard.

This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max, and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max of $250 per stay).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
