Our 3-Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom, 1,520 SF Rim Village Vista townhome is conveniently located just 6 miles from downtown Moab. It's location provides ideal access to mountain biking and hiking trails, 4-wheel driving excursions, and Arches and Canyon Lands National Parks. It features outstanding views out every window including the sandstone domes of the Mill Creek Area and the La Sal Mountains.

This unit is located adjacent to the shared pool and hot tub. It has a private garage that opens to pool area only steps away. Unwind after a long day of exploring with cable TV in the living room and each bedroom. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking including stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, crock pot, blender, griddle, as well as a gas grill and patio furniture on front porch. We also have a booster seat and pack and play on-site for families with small children.

A large 2 car garage with opener is perfect to safely store your Jeep, ATVs, bikes and other toys inside. There is also room for 2 more cars in the driveway. A bike repair stand and an assortment of tools are available for cyclists to keep their bikes in top shape after a long day on the trail or road! Cyclist and Street Legal ORV’s can ride from the condo via Spanish Valley Drive and access many of Moab’s most popular trails without having to ride on Hwy 191 or trailer your vehicles.

Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we are following CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bedsheets,etc. are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.
One of the ways we're doing this is through no-contact guest access via our keyless entry system. We look forward to welcoming you and hosting your stay.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
